I just asked myself/God this Friday. I was reading John when Jesus washes the feet of His disciples and wondered why He was washing their feet. Yeah, they're dirty from walking around all day but then I remembered Moses being told to take his sandals off cause he was on holy ground. Thus my question was formed. What is God seeing or thinking about our feet? The sandals couldn't touch holy ground but you would take them off before you walked in a house and wash your feet because both were dirty.
Idk if this made sense but i haven't gotten an answer yet so maybe not

It was necessary in order to create the time and space distortion for Moses, Elijah, and Jesus to be on the same mount at the same time.
