Body positivity is actually body negativity. No upside to obesity

The body game is no joke I was 198 last year I dropped down to 164 and the amount of choosing signals I get from girls is crazy and for the first time in my life I had girls walking up to me at the mall 😂

@@ianrazo6173I’m 5’10 and last September I was 210 pounds. I bought an indoor bike and got it down to 170 by February. I was also walking a lot especially stairs at work. I now have an outdoor bicycle, rowing machine, power tower, bench and weights. Right now I’m doing calisthenics, lifting weights and riding the bicycle for 10 miles. I also started getting better at eating healthier, prioritizing sleep and learning more and more. I also cut my work hours as I was working too many hours to concentrate on getting healthier. I have seen more choosing signals from women and even was asked out at the street light in the semi truck. I’ve been having an easier time moving around and my car has gotten roomier. It’s cheaper than buying a bigger truck and the exercise equipment costed about $4000 over time. Well worth it.

Well said ... I was skinny my whole life i got women yes i got ffiends yes. But i was missing self fulfillment. Then finally affer i looked in the mirror last year i said nope. Now im lean getting muscles 6'4 dress better self care smell good. And the same women who ignored me all of a sudden do what they can to show me attention. I also see men and other women treat me better. Why becauee they see i value my self and how i look. 💯. I dont ever want to be fat. I have no idea how one can live while looking like that. I still get ghosted and ignored at times. But those type of people i dont want i. My life anyways. But i see how people look at me. Say to me. Oh yes i do

the best thing about what you’re saying is that it aligns perfectly with women’s equality. The problem isn’t that we as a society care too much about looks. The problem is that we care disproportionately based on gender. So solving the problem isn’t to fight our natural human nature and say that looks should never matter or to condemn putting an importance on looks and physical attraction. Rather it’s to apply the importance of it evenly.

It's sad to see that. I have one of the coolest fella ever for a close friend of mine, 24yo, got married an year ago, got a daughter to, new job, but he put aroung 30kg. Seeing that after he had atchletic phisique, it's scary. Hope he will be ok soon.

he's 24, the body (especially young) can easily adapt. if he put in the work he can definitely bring that physique back
aka: its not the end of the world. not so scary when you realize how you can change your body in 1 year from life threatening obesity, into absolute shredded chad.

Been working out like an animal for years. Where is all this attention I’m supposed to be getting? 😂😂. Granted I’m 5’10 195. If you are over 6 foot it will be a nice addition for sure.
