    Today I entered the flow state for the first time in recent years. Yes, I had entered the flow before while playing basketball or tennis, or even doing a big homework with minimal time (i was super late). But today was different. I was writing a story in school for a play and I had to create the backstory of my character.
    Then, I started to write. I wrote perfectly, with no pauses to think about the following of the story. In one moment I needed a name for a school director (in my story). "Mr Truegarden" came almost instantly, and I finished my work successfully. At the very end of my story, has I became less and less concentrated, I heard the voices of the rest of the class getting louder and louder. "How did I do to work there, they are so loud ?"
    Immediately, I talked about the flow state I was just in with the girl I was working with and she said that I looked super focused. After the class, I couldn't stop smiling.
    I just had 1 thought during the flow, and it was "Do I show what I've written to her now ?" but I've just went on with the writing of the story. I was writing and I had the image of the what was happening in the story in my head. Wonderfull !

      Hey, you said in the video that you eat a low-carb diet. I just wanted to say that a low-carb diet is shown to lower testosterone drastically and increase cortisol. The rest of your diet is pretty good.

    Absolutely spot on about the music. I’ve been training for a marathon this year and when I started running without music it completely changed everything. I get so deeply into focus that 10 miles goes by so comfortably. I recently tried to run with music and after 2 miles I turned it off because the distraction was making me feel anxious and scatter brained. I love the silence on long runs now

    Hamza has literally changed my life I went from a depressed guy who tried to kill himself multiple times and didnt acchieve anything in life to someone who has found happiness in religion, makes money and has enough knowledge about self improvement to help others.     I won’t lie as someone who plays guitar as a hobby listening to music helps me get into a flow state far more in the gym. When listening to rock and whatnot you break down the song itself into layers. Wondering what chord is what and how the composition works altogether. It’s killing two birds with one stone. Flow while exercising, motivation and getting better at a hobby I love.

Accomplishing this huge amount in less time, offers you the flexibility to either reduce your working hours while having the same output, or you maintain that time whilst drastically increasing your productivity. I made some beats (my passion is music) while being in Flow State and it took me 30 MINUTES for finishing the beat (it usually take me 3/4 days to finishing them).     Ive noticed that ive recently gotten into a flow state while watching this video, and im realizing that what hamza said at the beginning of this video is so true, now that im in a flow state, my anxiety and stress that i previously had today is disappearing and isnt as bad anymore, I feel sigificantly better now that im in a flow state.     Hamza, I'm not sure you'll read this lol probably not but since I see you're getting into spirituality I really recommend 2 spiritual "gurus" (I'm pretty sure they both rejected that word but whatever) called Osho and Krishnamurti. They're pretty popular in the spiritual community and their teachings have worked for me tremendously.
    They're pretty harsh so I understand if they're not for everyone but trust me when I say they're worth giving a chance. Osho is a bit more controversial I guess but I really really like his teachings. (he was also really well-read)
    If you're thinking of getting into spirituality just know that the path is ardous mentally lol but it's literally the journey of a lifetime and very much worth it.

    I would say that 90% of our sharpness is around our capability to fight intrusive thoughts and do not fantasize about them. Just getting back to the task ahead. I feel well and happy when I do that. Fasting, carnivore diet, etc, are very important too. But the development of this painful skill of getting back the focus to the task you’re currently doing is life changing.

Jesus Christ loves you so much that He died for your sins and rose from the dead. If you repent from evil ways, believe that Jesus has paid the fine for your sins on the cross and confess Him as your Lord, you will be saved. You see, we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, that's why Jesus Christ, fullness of Godhead bodily, lived a perfect life, fulfilled the prophecies and law, shed His Blood at the cross just so you could be forgiven, reconciled back to the Father, receive God's love, be made a new creation, whole, sanctified. It's not about religion and what good works you can do to earn salvation, it's only by grace through faith in the finished works of Jesus Christ. Read God's Word, preferably start with Gospel of John, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you, give you wisdom and revelation that way you're born again and see your life changed by the Spirit of the Most High.     to recap to stay in flow state: acknowledge irrelevant thoughts and move on from them, don't get angry or upset because you are thinking about them. Anger clouds the mind. Squint at a specific spot on what you are working on to centre yourself back to the task. Once the current flow bout has concluded relax so that you brain is at optimum function to work again.

    you'll we surprised how deep your flow state becomes once you practice mastery of breathing. running, biking, skating has always been this flow state exercise for me. really surprising that cutting off all the unwanted dopamine really makes life so much more satisfying.

    Hey hamza , you know what I am literally grateful of you . I have no big brother or any person who taught me how much you have taught. Whenever I need advice on a particular topic your video just pops up and I learn a lot from you , I truly agree with your thoughts because I just experienced it. Since past 10 days I was studying for 8-10 hrs a day and barely got time to think about foolish things and yesterday I took a break and literally just after getting a shower I started to get negative thoughts and the whole day I was sad and just because of this, my today's productivity was also very low and just then I saw this video .     While you start working I recommend having a distraction journal. Whenever you have thoughts instead of removing them which is difficult quickly write them down to think about later.

    -À wandering mind is a unhappy mind
    - the goal that u want to achieve, isn't enough. The task (to reach ur goal) has to be something that activates the flow state.
    - getting in the flow state doesn't 2x ur results, it 100x's it
    - minimize flow blockers (I. E. Thoughts and memories, but it's not a bad thing if u do have a thought, if I get a thought just move on and continue with ur task) another flow blocker is other ppl, tell them if ure gonna focus on something. Another flow blocked is task switching, if I get distracted because the main task is feeling hard, the solution is to do ONLY the task when you're doing the task.
    - diet + sleep is the biggest productivity killer.
    - 37:30 actionable step
    - preparing for flow by being specific about what I'm going to do and which task I'm gonna do (everything should be specific. Prepare for tomorrow or for the next work session or study session or gym session.

    I cut ties with a bunch of very toxic people in my life a few days ago
    And the aftermath is still hitting
    As I was watching, and Hamza told us to turn off notifications, I realized how much time and mental energy was drained from me every day because of the messages these people kept sending
    It's a complicated matter and I can't ignore it, I have to actually talk to them about it and deal with it, but instead of letting them distract me all day everyday for 3 straight days, I could have just left them for a time when I wasn't doing anything useful

      For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus Christ loves you so much that He died for your sins and rose from the dead.     there's no meaning or happiness to be found in the goal, for the moment that goal is achieved it will become a memory, and we'll move on. meaning is to be found in the pursuit, the meaning is to be found within our own mind. there isn't a goal that will get you any further to happiness, for the pieces to happiness are already within you, the problem is that the dissatisfaction, the want, the feeling of needing something else, makes us believe that we cannot achieve, or are not worthy of, happiness without it.

    I normally dont type anything in the comments bu here is my Opinion on Hamzas Guide: I've watched the Video 5 days ago and and took notes on what are the most important things in this video. I then started an experiment where I started learning for my drivers license test with Hamzas tips and I've already did the drivers license test but I didn't pass. And because of hamzas Guide I could pass the drivers license test. Hamzas full Guides are far more helpful then the short 20 min videos. Thank you Hamza. I don't know what would happend if I wouldn't learn for my drivers license test with this Guide.
