Here, she can't possibly be touching Eugene since he's already away, but notice how she gets pushed by a random into Tyler. She actually saw a vision of Tyler attacking Eugene. That's such a great early hint at the identity of the Hyde. Really great writing.
While I do hate the ceaseless Wednesday forced romance for no other reason than to be a teen drama, I did love how much character was in this dance. Edit: I have finished the show and realize why Tyler did it, but that doesn't explain edging on the audience with it in the first place, or Xavier's needless obsession.

Wednesday has shown to pretty much not give a damn about anything other than completing her goal. And the guy is so clueless to the point where he gets upset because he didn't invite him to something she CLEARLY wouldn't be interested in. What do they see in each other? She has only ever used him. And he has only ever complained about his life and shown little care for anything. Two negatives wouldn't attract, I could get it if he was her polar opposite trying to get her out of her shell, but he's just a less impressive replica of her nonchalant attitude.
When you’ve seen Wednesday, both Tyler’s and Miss Thornhill’s reactions take on a whole new meaning. You can tell they’re masking their true colours, particularly Miss Thornhill’s caring nature, when in actual fact she’s trying to manipulate both Wednesday and Tyler so she can continue Joseph Crackstone’s legacy by resurrecting him so he can kill all outcasts!

This is why I really don't care for the show, not to slight the actors, but the directing and writing is so redundant, the concept for the cinematography was straight up trying to be Kill Bill, everything is black and white to make the red look glorious, but it falls flat, it's just not well done. and the slipping sliding and cheap sound effects just make it worse.

christina ricci set the bar very high with the level of goth and morbid for Wednesday. Jenna ortega didn't come up to the bar, she didn't come up short, and she didn't set it higher. She set her own bar. Love it. Now wednesday on netflix needs to have wednesday time travel to the future and see her older self played by ricci, that way she can come back to the show once again.
This. She made the character her own, doing her own style while still keeping true to the spirit of Wednesday Addams that we've all known and loved over the years. I also love that Ricci got to appear in the show so prominently. I'm always happy to see legacy actors appearing in sequels/reboots whenever possible.
Wednesday's dance is mesmerising. Is it only me or anyone feel the same? I actually like seeing her with Tyler than Xavier. Although Tyler says he was only with Wed for revenge, but i hope they do have a thing for each other.

You know what would been cool if the producers started playing Goo goo Muck by “The Cramps” half way into this scene when the fake blood was coming down when Wednesday was dancing within the blood with people falling over other people screaming panicking and she is still dancing then will end with her looking at the camera before the next scene 🤷🏻♂️ but overall, it was really good 🙂👍🏻
Bit too similar to what literally happened in the previous episode though. When she/thing blew up the fountain and Wednesday continues playing the cello while people are running away, falling over, screaming and panicking. Her loving the blood prank before finding out it's paint is brilliant though.

it's interesting how in the thumbnail we can see the anatomy of her skull and stuff. And that just makes the show cooler and more Halloween and terrifying than it already is. They really think of everything

now looking back, now sincei see that tyler is the hyde, and the one lady is the controller, she obviously set the plan to get eugene in the woods, also when she had the vision, she bumped into tyler and saw a blur of eugene getting hurt. basically the reason she saw the vision when bumped into tyler, is because he is the hyde and it showed HIM hurting him. 😭
