饼底部分有点湿湿的。是不是烤时间不够的呢。170度25分 然后165度5分
@@tuanskyfc8441 不酥脆或內部濕也許是烤箱時間或溫度不夠。烘烤時間會因個人烤箱特性而有些分差。可嘗試將烘烤時間拉長,溫度保持,記得預熱烤箱。饼皮需盡量壓搓得薄薄一层哦。

不一定。 煉乳的主要作用是提高甜度和增加奶香味。 若沒有煉乳,可把細砂糖改為20克 淡奶油125克。
