  • This homemade café-level blueberry crumbles cheesecake is extremely good and incredibly easy to make.
    A smooth cheesecake layer filled with bursting blueberries, crunchy roasted crumb on top is irresistible!
    Blueberries go really well with cheesecake, so delicious and flavorful.
    The recipe is simple as well, I'm sure you will definitely love it.
    ✅Ingredient#1- Cracker Crust
    Cracker 75g
    Melted butter 25g
    ✅Ingredient#2- Crumble Topping
    Low protein flour 60g
    Caster sugar/Powdered sugar 15g
    Milk powder 5g (optional)
    Soften butter 25g
    ✅Ingredient#3- Cheesecake
    Cream cheese 225g
    Yogurt 100g
    Caster sugar/Powdered sugar 50g
    Egg 2
    Whipping cream 100g
    Low protein flour 25g
    Lemon juice 3g
    Blueberry 100g
    ✅Tool:
    6“ Round Mold
    Baking paper
    ✅TimeStamp:
    0:00 - Intro
    0:06 - Step#1 - Cracker Crust
    0:51 - Step#2 - Crumble Topping
    1:37 - Step#3 - Cheesecake
    3:55 - Last assembly step
    4:13 - First stage baking
    4:22 - Add Crumble topping and blueberries
    4:34 - Second stage baking
    4:46 - Completed
    📌 Note:
    1) This is a less sugar version, if prefer sweeter, can increase the appropriate amount of sugar.
    2) Oven temperature and time provided are for reference only, refer to individual oven to adjust.
    3) The blueberries in the recipe can be replaced with other fruits as you like, such as apples, cranberries, blackberries, etc.
    4) Best served chilled.

      Ya, may double the ingredients for 8 inch. First stage baking time remain same, second stage baking time extend for another 10-15min.

      May just skip if do not have milk powder. Not recommended to use milk as substitute 😊

      Can bake at lower temperature and extend the baking time.
      If you want to bake 1 inch smaller mold (example from 6inch to 5 inch), reduce the temperature by 14degC/25degF and extend the time by approximately 15min.

    Can fresh cream/yoghurt be used in place of whipping cream?

      Fresh cream can be used in place of whipping cream with same amount. While for yoghurt, it will need to mix with equal amount of milk and yoghurt to substitute for whipping cream =)

      If to skip yogurt, the taste may not be nice. The texture will be denser. However, no harm to give a try :)

    乾烤跟水浴的差異?

      細砂糖或糖粉都可以。 水浴法可讓烤箱保持一定的濕度,不會讓蛋糕烤得太乾,口感會更柔軟細膩,表面不易開裂,如製作乳酪蛋糕,海綿蛋糕等。這款酥粒蛋糕就須用乾烤☺️

      細砂糖跟糖粉的甜度不同,我看您配方寫的是細砂糖,但影片裡看起來像糖粉,所以才跟您詢問
