Hello, this van life video was a lot of fun to produce, I hope you have fun watching it.
If you’re hungry for more then check out this playlist… tinyurl.com/3mvt66mz
BTW What was your favourite food item in this video? Ken 😎
5:10 Ken that was my favorite 😂❤
38:08 killed me ken. The biggest laugh yet off your videos. Keep up the good work 🍻
Why did you take a couple weeks off? We rely on you uploading content every week at least. I live when I never plan on watching your videos and I waste 50 minutes watching something that really has no merit.Great stuff
@@Carguy0882 No offense but back off man. Check out his second channel ken Domik and he will explain it. Or keep up with him. He lets us know when he takes breaks and when hell be back.
Burger Steak, Spaghetti, Peach Mango Pie, Champ Burger, and Chickenjoy are my favorite food items of Jollibee. 😁😁😁
I hope more people would subscribe. There are lots of channels today in RUclips that are food/mukbang-related, but not all of them show the "self-care" like this. Others would just eat and eat for ASMR, but this shows the personal side of the vlogger. Camping/van life as me-time? Burning off unwanted calories after eating (as we all should)? What you see is what you get. More power to you, Ken.
Well to be honest, It’s very common for us Filipinos to eat full deep fried dishes for breakfast. It keeps us full and satisfied for a good few hours or so
Hi Ken, im From the Philippines, I grew up near a Jollibee from our house. Jollibee started out as an icecream parlor during the 70's but eventually ventured in to Burgers in the 80's...all of the food in the Jollibee stores in Canada and US and other parts of the world are being shipped from PH from the main commissary.
the gravy is for the chicken and i suggest u use a spoon when eating with rice =)
the burger steak and rice is a good combination, u should eat it together =)
palabok can be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner...no worries when u feel trying it...
the spaghetti is made for kids because of the sweetness and its common for us to cook spaghetti with hotdogs on it =)
additional info
Filipinos ests rice for breakfast...with local sausage, or hotdogs, spam, corned beef, fried dried fish, of course with eggs and a lot of rice..this is to compensate the field work that most men do, Farming and hard labour, however. you have mentioned that Jollibee Ontario doesn't serve breakfast...well. maybe you can Email Jollibee regarding that matter...
Try also looking for Filipino restaurants in the area and share your experience with us...try Adobo, Pork sisig, Lechon, barbecued chicken intestines, Midnught stew (aka pork blood stew), beef caldereta, Garlic rice...just use spoon when eating those.. =)
anyhow, i love watching your "foodocumentaries"..so please keep it coming...stay safe!!!
One thing that came to my mind about Jollibee opening up early is their catering to people who are working the overnight shifts possibly coming off work and looking for something to eat. To me it's smart because a lot of the other fast-food restaurants don't start serving stuff like that until 10:30 or 11 a.m.
Nope! in the Philippines Jollibee is open 24 Hours 7 days a week 365 days a year...
@@MEPI_Properties_Project nope? steve is speakin based on knowledge of this location which is true . when i worked midnights i didnt always want breakfast after work
I definitely see this being the case Plus when people come off overnight shift we don't really want breakfast despite the fact that it's morning I work the overnight and basically since you have lunch at work when you get home you kind of want something like dinner
I remember having Jollibees in Manhattan last year. The fried chicken was pretty good but the chicken sandwiches were to die for. The pineapple mango pie was tasty as well.
Internet: Ken, how many gadgets do you want bought?
Ken: Yes!
I had my first Jollibee meal in their first store in the Philippines just after the owners turned their Ice Cream House into Jollibee. The Ice Cream House was one of my favorite places back then and usually visited it every other month.
I was very surprised when I discoveted that it was already a chicken house but ate there nevertheless. Fell in love with their chicken at first bite. Also with their Burger which was not yet popular to many Filipinos back then. 🙂
Here in the Philippines we have breakfast items but for me the most interesting of those is the pancake sandwich which is the bun is basically replaced with pancake and it has egg and bacon it's really good
Also add to your list the garlic pepper beef..
It's normal. Not that interesting..
McDonald's calls your pancake sandwich the McGriddle.
Jollibee looks soooo good, would love to try! None in my area. Too bad, chicken and the mango pie looks like heaven! Awesome vid, Ken! Hope you’re having fun in Vancouver! Stay safe! Happy anniversary to you and Carol! 💕💕😃😎
yeah bro you should try one! been eating jollibee since i was a kid and i promise you, you will love it!
Every time I see a RUclipsr eating Jollibee's, it makes me so sad that they're not in Ohio! Preferably the Cincinnati area. Everything they have looks so delicious. Come on Jollibee and open one in Cincinnati! I think you would take over KFC's overly salted chicken!
Florida too!
They aren't in Texas either
@@chupacabra4897 First in Cincinnati, then maybe Texas...LOL
@@Twilliams60142 I figured out there is one in Plano Texas. Not a place I'd want to eat tho . I'm not a fast food person. When I googled it and saw they have fried chicken and spaghetti both it just made me think 🤔. Nahhh
@@chupacabra4897 I would still like to try it out to see what the hype is all about.
Why not just go to a self-serve car wash with vacuums? They don't cost much and you get an industrial strength vacuum
It's all going to be shut down in the fall again though
The peach mango pie dumping all over the place mat on the steering wheel tray, comedy gold.
Love Jollibee! I actually planned part of my vacation last year so I could go there. The closest one to me is 7 hours away.
Hi Ken! Been watching your videos for about a year now, thanks so much for making them! They've definitely helped me and I'm sure many other get through the pandemic and lockdown. Love these 24 hours van life videos. I'm from NY but have to get back to Canada and try all the awesome food you've had.
When i was stuck at home suffering from covid i used to watch your van camping all the time, now that im better it kinda feels good to see your videos again
Here's a content idea: Woke Up in a Tow Yard During Stealth.
The Blue Jays are back too baby
That would have been hilarious!
With a massive erect tion
😲 wow
Eating tow yard food
This dude looks like he manages a Burger King franchise in Topeka and has a side hustle of making infomercials about an air fryer he "invented"....
Lay off the meth lol.
Just enjoy the free content Karen
Yay for Jollibee ! Of all the camping videos this one has me the most excited for ! Many people like fried chicken 🍗 and burgers 🍔 for breakfast so I think it’s so cool they open early ! Unfortunately we don’t have any Jollibee in Quebec but maybe one day I will get to try it’s on my bucket list anyway ! Thanks for doing this video Ken ! ❤️
Love the vids, as always! Just wanna say that breakfast doesn’t have to be eggs/waffles/cereal or whatever. We’re conditioned to think that, but literally any food will do. Check out what other countries have for breakfast….you’ll blow your mind 😝
Perfect timing for the pies, I believe a new Jolibee was just built and opened recently near me. I will definetly give it them a try. Coming from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada!
Man, I just love these videos. Puts ya in such a good mood and they're so easy to just put on a playlist and let them all play through. Great stuff!
Glad you like them!
I tried JolliBees in New York in June. The Chicken Sandwich was very crispy and juicy. The fries were alright.Very busy out the door and down the sidewalk.I Love you and Carol. Thanks for the Awesome videos you share with us.They only had Chicken for meat no hamburgers.
fun fact: jollibee is 24hrs on 90% of their branches here in the Philippines. so chickenjoy is available all day, everyday. i work nights and i eat chicken before i go home at 6am lol
The Aloha yum burger, spaghetti, and peach mango pie are my ultimate favorite!!! Thank you for sharing! 💚💚💚
Hot dogs. I've been to Jollibees but it was a long time ago. Had the Spaghetti and hot dog slices. The food is good. There a Jollibees in Los Angeles and it's very busy too. Glad you didn't get a ticket or towed. Thanks for doing this and bringing us along. Take care.
Their spicy chicken is the only chicken I clean to the bone. Honestly it's my favorite fried chicken I've ever had!
Mixed all the palabok together, mix it thoroughly and you will get a good flavor of it!... nxt time don't forget to do that! Ok jst peace of advice!
Does that flat fork annoy anyone else as much as it annoys me? It seems impractical.
By the way, not hating, just pointing out something in my brain.
its a sponsor so he doesnt care haha
Just enjoy the free content Karen
Love the videos Ken! I’m a addicted to the stealth camping videos. I’d love to see you do a stealth camp with a friend in there own vehicle to see how they enjoy it as well.
Ken, dude, I’ve been a subscriber for 8 years, at least it feels like that! Can you please stop at Weber’s on hwy 11, and give it an old school review? Great video though!
Tourist trap, just drove past it, line ups a mile long from both doors. For those unaware they switched burger suppliers in the 90's and its nowhere as good as it use to be. I take newbies to muskoka there, but I never stop myself.
@@Cutlass_Rudd I’m just curious, I haven’t been there since 88
Never heard of this place and I don't live far away. I'll have to try it.
Don’t ever quit your videos, I enjoy all of them ....You so awesome an humble ; god bless
This makes me so happy that you love Filipino food and was so excited for this stealth! Also the fact that you love the palabok which isn’t a super known dish!! I WISH you could try the breakfast at Jollibee! Omgg you would’ve enjoyed your stealth WAY MORE!! But I do reccoment If you can find a local Filipino spot, definitely make a video of trying common breakfast items!! (Tocino, Longanisa, corned beef & garlic rice! pan de sal etc!)
kenneth beavis domik.
Hello I am a Filipino, Thank you for liking Jollibee. God Bless
Ken: "The worst that could happen is someone knocking on the door"
Me: Well, the *worst* that could happen is someone trying to break in while you're asleep
My first time trying jollibee was in Los Angeles, ca. I really enjoyed it!
Ken you were biking on the ramp to the 401 lol
I am from the Philippines and I love seeing your foodgasm! I am starting to watch every video on your playlist both Facebook and RUclips! Just happy seeing you eat at Jollibee 🥰
The breakfast menu is good. Fried rice with longaniza sausage topped with over easy egg, some gravy on the side.
That was a really interesting one! Thanks for sharing, Ken!
Is a Chick-fil-A tour possible in the future for Ken ?
Land Border is closed and I think he already did.
@@vangary100 There is one opening in Kitchener, Ontario on Aug 7th
@@vangary100 There is one in downtown Toronto, it is VERY popular
My first time was in the Philippines, childhood was all about chicken joy, spaghetti and palabok. You couldn't go more than 5 blocks without finding one of their locations. I remember coming back after so many years and on the ride from the airport I would spot each one and think "It's like Starbucks ! They're everywhere! "Then finally in 2009 they finally opened a Jollibee in Queens, New York!
Actions speak louder than words, and yours tell an incredible story.
Ken, you need to invest in a white noise machine for the stealth camper!!
Yessir!
It's Jollibee time!!
I work nights in a kitchen so that would explain why I watch your video's at 1am :) Plus it makes me hungry again after cooking all day
Peach mango pies are the best!
Bought two car trays to use on trips, and then covid hit. We finally took our first car trip since before covid and we got to use our trays. They really came in handy, and were worth the money, made eating in the car much easier.
Yessssss been waiting on the next stealth video let’s go!
1st time I ate Jollibee is in their 1st branch in Cubao QC year 70's , Thanks for embracing our No.1 Filipino FastFood . from Las Vegas NV 💛🧡💜❤💚💙
I have had two strokes. Sleep is pretty rough. So I do watch your awesome videos. Thank You for your content😁
I can't wait to try out Jollibee's someday, don't have them where I am at yet
That bike ride looked super fun!
great stuff. I used to hit Jollibee in the Phils all the time. it was a change from street food and had decent quality even over there. I was glad to see the chain come to North America. that some good fried chicken by any standards.
Just recently found your channel. You wonder why people watch your channel at wierd hours. Personally one of the reasons is many times I can't sleep because of chronic pain, so I like to watch videos and yours are entertaining. Keep having fun! 🙂
First time I had Jollibee was in Manila, Philippines (had to try it and see what the hype was all about) and it was good!.
I always had the Mcd's apple pie with vanilla ice cream and it was soooo good! Maybe try the Mango Pie with ice cream also!? :P
Not everyone lives by conventional hours, what about night shift workers? To be able to get a burger or some chicken at 7am at the end of shift would be fab
Agreed 😊
So true. I work third shift and unless I want to wait until lunch, which is when I should be relaxing before sleep, I tend to only be able to get breakfast at most places. So wherever I can order dinner for breakfast is a friend to me.
Asians don't have a breakfast food. They eat everything and anything for any meal of the day
With the sweet pies, you need a soft serve ice cream or milkshake to dip it in….yummmy
Some suggestions for future stealth camps:
-Superstore/Save On Foods
-IKEA
-Humpty’s
-IHOP
-Smitty’s
-Canadian Brewhouse
-Symposium Cafe/Neabours (Lindsay Square Mall area)
I also like the idea of doing one certain type of food (Italian, Indian etc) for 24 hours. Maybe try a couple different places and end up camping at one.
Also, doing a “24 hours stealth camp at low/high rated restaurants”
You need to mount some external cameras on your van so you can capture some cool night footage and time lapses while you sleep.
"Let's just get a close up of me digging it out" my mind went far😂😂😂, But ken i found your channel last year sometime. I enjoy your videos and i love the 24hr vids.
WE LOVE JOLLIBEE FAST FOOD YUMMY DELICIOUS BURGER AND BREAKFAST
How did you know that I'm watching this at 1 A.M. 😮 btw 45:48 that's 7up XD
You rock Ken! Keep it up buddy
@KBDProductionsTV Just a recommendation but I truly believe a 24 hour timer counting up to or counting down will give something extra to these videos. Even if it's not entirely accurate it'll give viewers an idea and a kinda goal.
There is now a Jollibee in Glasgow to which I only found out when going for a walk during lunch time. I’m tempted to go in and sample their wares.
Filipino food definitely underrated.
need to move it mainstream, or at least let more people know about it.
Crispy Patta
the only pinoy food he ate was palabok lol and that aint even legit pinoy
@@TheSeventhSignClown who cares?, Jollibee is part of the culture. do we really need to know what is legit or not?
Yeah I love riding my mountain bike I go for a lot longer rides now that I got me a better seat those skinny one's aren't to comfortable, enjoyed the video.
I havent seen you on ages.....I've missed you!!!!!
Jollibee has a breakfast meal here in phils. Which consist of garlic rice, egg, and beef. Or sometimes hotdog or cornbeef which called silog meals.
Wow wow tuyệt vời . Chúc bạn ngon miệng . Tôi rất thích món ăn này .
Cảm ơn vì đã xem!
Watching at 3am in England United Kingdom
🙌🏼🇬🇧
I love their palabok, chicken joy and their gravy and their pies
Wheaton, Maryland was my first time. We ordered everything on the menu. We liked the chicken, peach mango pie and burger steak.
The gravy is for both.
You’re amazing yaaay jollibeeeeee ! ❤️🙏
That was jollibee smorgasbord! Thanks. I would break it down into 3 doable meals, on different days. My first Jollibee experience was in Seattle, a 3 hr drive. Jollibee just opened a new location in Vancouver, but waiting for the 4-6 hr lineups to die down. Can't wait to get my jollibee fix.
My first Jollibee was in Jersey City, NJ. The original location on Danforth Avenue. They have since opened another Jersey City location at Journal Square, and I hear they’re building a THIRD location on Route 440!
Cool stuff Ken! Got a love the stealth camping!
Ken does realize that in Asian countries there are no specific breakfast foods.
In the Philippines though, jolibee does have a specific breakfast menu. They have garlic fried rice served with an egg and various meats for breakfast.
@@JReeces Ken believes that Jolibee should be serving "traditional" breakfast (egg, bacon, sausage, biscuit, toast, etc.) and not noodles and rice and fried chicken for breakfast.
Here in CA, Jollibee offers breakfast like garlic rice and beef tapa with egg, garlic rice and filipino sausage or longganisa and egg, garlic rice and corned beef with egg, all sooo delicious. Of course, hot coffee too.
Thanks Ken for the Amazing video and the Amazing content you share with the viewers!!! Loved this one!
You've probably covered this in another video, but how did you get all of the bike shots?
Obviously a 360 degree camera, but how did you get all of the angles? Fantastic work.
Oh...the food was pretty epic too 😉
Sweet!! Awesome video keep up the good work with future stealth camping videos and vlogs ♥️🙌🏻👍🏻
When Ken asked "So are you a twirler or a slurper?" I thought for sut I was going to hear the Ooh La La! 😅
You gotta try the Filipino breakfast, longinisa, topsilog, etc
Try "Chef George" in Scarborough. They serve traditional Filipino breakfast and lunch, like beef tapa and runny eggs over garlic rice. Also try the longanisa sweet sausage.
Love the bike camera. You ride all over the place on that thing haha I want a bike to do that
OMG!! My mouth is watering..love to hear the crunchiness
My first Jollibee experience is Kennedy Commons in Scarborough. I found out recently that the former Montana's then Panera is being converted to a Jollibee at Salem & Hwy 2 in Ajax. I live in Oshawa so that would be much more convenient for me. I looooove the spaghetti. Hubby is a twirler & I'm a slurper LOL Heather xo
you're one crazy biker going on the allen!! just so you know for the next time, the gravy is for the chicken. :)
lol thanks
5:10 Ken 😂😂😂😂😂
Love your food blog. I love the Ontario landscape. Thanks for appreciating Filipino fastfood Jollibee. I'm watching 12.53 am here in Cebu, PH.
the best comment/reaction so far!
Not every culture eats the same thing for breakfast. Why would you expect a restaurant based in the Philippines to serve pancakes, a McMuffin or eggs bene?
Jolibee does have a breakfast menu, but its only in the Philippines and other countries, not in Canada. They serve filipino style breakfast items, like garlic rice with meats. Im from the philippines i would know.
They do sell pancakes during breakfast though
The only things that looked good to me was the double burger and the fried chicken and the mango pie. Noise problem? Earplugs, Ken. I use them and sleep like a baby and still hear my phone alarm.
Great video Ken! Going on a trip come This Sunday so any videos ya put up will have to catch up when I get home again in a few weeks 😃
Morning My Good Big Bro Ken Domik & Carol Domik & All Of You're Whole Family Today
Thank You Ken & Carol Domik
Ken if I may ask. How do you get all that amazing footage when you were riding your bike. Did you use a drone or was someone filming?
I'm guessing a drone. And someone else controlling the drone
It's called insta 360 camera
