Definitely try eating inside the restaurant once in a while. By doing that, you’re changing things up a bit and opening yourself up for some added twist or adventure. Just like the downpour you had to get through to get to your car after eating in. Just a thought.
Omelet for sure, i love Burgers but that Omelet was impressive. also i prefer the car for eating, you're more in control of lighting, dont gotta worry about copyrighted music playing, i think it's just the right way to go about it. though if you feel like switching it up now and again, by all means do.
Another great video! As far as eating in or eating in the van? Well that was the first time I’ve seen you eat in the restaurant so it was a nice little break from the van. Now about the ketchup being poured on the potatoes or fries versus dipped…. who cares what anyone says in the comments. Nice to see that most Walmarts still allow 18 wheelers/RV/vans to park overnight in their lots. It's actually a good business move. What's the first thing you do in the morning? Go into Walmart, get breakfast! I dry camped all over the US in 2013, and felt safe surrounded by big burley truckers, in Walmart parking lots, in a 32' Coachman Freelander and had a blast!
The second I saw the skyline, I knew where you were. Nice to see you up north! You should come up more often, as we have a lot to offer. FWIW, when Jerry O'Connell was filming Carter (great show, btw) in North Bay, it was said his favourite restaurant was Burger World.
You should come to Sudbury Ontario someday. It is about 2 hours from north bay , worked in the restaurant business around here since 2005 until recently. But there are some hidden gems here for sure.
The perfect breakfast meal for me would be soft scrambled eggs crispy bacon sourdough marble or wheat toast with strawberry jam and butter and I prefer Colombian or Folgers coffee😊

I’m 63 and disabled and don’t get out much so I eat at home and don’t have much money so I normally only eat one meal and day and yea I’ve never had chicken and waffles half the stuff you eat I’ve never had and when I was getting around I work long hours and many weekends so never had much time to get out and eat away from home plus was to tired to go out

Do you not listen to your subscribers?? I know there’s a few that like the 45 minute videos with sprinkles of food here in there but the majority of subs are tired of this stuff. There’s not been a regular food review posted in months we just keep getting these videos of you and your van with huge chunks dedicated to sponsors or nature shots???
I'm in USA, all the Walmarts around me have giant signs all over the parking lots saying No overnight parking. I was told they stopped allowing it because people threw their trash in the lot or emptied their RV toilets into the parking lots.
Holy moly! It's a ghost town. Where are the people? We drove through our town today on the way home from our cabin. The sidewalks were crammed with people, lots of traffic and little to no parking. It's like that even in the dead of winter.
Meanwhile Ken offers free advertisement for local businesses, always tips above twenty percent, and gives every business a fair and honest review. Maybe before dissing others you should take a long hard look at yourself and ask what you've done lately.
Better eating in the vehicle. That would be my choice. I would go with pancakes and sausage or bacon and eggs with all the trimmings.. You always make great videos so keep up the good work..😊.

Crazy thing I noticed about Canada when I visited on my cruise was they closed everything so early it was definitely a different experience but HEY I love it 😊
They are called "slides" and sometimes you have to push them out in order to get to your bathroom or bedroom..but when parking in a walmart lot, park away from other campers, try to stay in the designated area, but give each other room. The little silver trailer is an Airstream.
Love this video, much better. Id love the food reviews to get a little more time as a suggestion. Review good AND BAD. What you would change on recipe, what you like, what you dont...etc etc

Burger is $16.00 with fries. Ken had 4 (four) add-on toppings, a premium beer, $4.28 tax and a 20% tip. I can't imagine you tipping anyone anything, given your apparent lack of attention to detail.
This was definitely a good adventure. I’m sure All that adversity sucked at the time but it was cool to see you adapt and change course when you had to.

I would say my favorite breakfast is also eggs Benedict. Here where I live they even make them with crab cakes instead of the muffin and they are fantastic. I too loved the change up a bit and you eating in the restaurant. Love exploring with you!!
Well Ken, another golden video. I loved seeing North Bay and hope you will also go to Thunder Bay someday. For breakfast, since I am not on the Keto diet (just started a little over 2 weeks ago) my fav breakfast is a 2 egg omelette with some cheese, chopped up green peppers and some mushrooms cooked in butter. Or instead of the mushrooms I might add some sausage. And black coffee, no sugar. I cut out sugar 3 weeks ago.

I went to Canadore College in North Bay. Lived there for several years. Miss it tremendously.
