Nonna! I am so happy to see you and your joyful laughter! I love that apron too. We grow nice zucchini here in Martinsburg West Virginia too.. What a gift from God. 🙏💓🙏❤️🙏😍
I can't wait to try this recipe. My grandparents came to the US from Calabria many years ago. My grandmother used to make a zucchini salad with charred, crushed mint and red wine vinegar dressing. Do you know about how to make that? I've been trying to find a recipe and never have yet. My attempts have not been as successful as I'd hoped.
Oh Nonna, I haven't seen you for such a long time! That zucchini and cheese spread looks delicious. I'm going to make it. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. ❤️
@@HelenMcLean Cara Helen.Thank you so much for letting me know. It means a lot to me when my recipe is used and enjoyed. So glad your husband liked it!! BRAVA!! xox
Yes, you are right. This is my classic frittata: ruclips.net/video/oJ-T08JOvBo/видео.html. I'm not sure why we always called this zucchini frittata but that is why I put spread in brackets ....
I can never get my kids to eat zucchini but I made this last night and they LOVE it. Thank you so much!
This makes me so happy. Thank you bella. 😘

Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤ I'm surprised there were no eggs included. I'm going to try your version today!
Did you try it? :-) I should probably put "frittata" in quotes - my mother always called it that.
@@nonnamia7890 I didn't have enough cheese that day 🙁 Thank you for reminding me. I'll make note on the shopping list!
@@nonnamia7890 I made it today and we loved it so much! My husband loves it better than an egg frittata. Thank you again for sharing ❤

I thought a Frittata was an Italian omelette. Where’s the egg?
