There are no flounder, redfish or trout at that first spot! I can’t believe you all caught those there. And I know because I live about a mile away and I almost went there today on the paddleboard. Instead, I went to another calmer spot and caught 3 snook and lost a slot when I could not get tight on her. Ironically, I was using a 7” Jerk Shad by Mirrolure in a mullet color very similar to your Gulp jerk bait. Another cool video from Justin and Maggie.

I haven't tried the chrome Gulp jerk shads but the chrome and the gold flake swimming mullet are pretty good. I've caught flounder and other stuff around the Chesapeake with them. I don't think they're better than white or chartreuse, those are the most productive for me so far.

True that! Tails keep getting bitten off (mangrove snapper) and if you forget to take it off at the end of the day they harden into a cement raison on your hook! :-(
