Erick, I am glad see you again. I have been fishing with the LT-25 lately in New Smyrna Area but not doing too good. Wintertime fishing has been tough. I am glad to see you catch fish. Its encouraging.

This was my 3rd time out this year and it was the best day I’ve had so far. Its been tough but it’s only going to get better as the water warms up!

Exploring those mangrove tunnels is addictive. Sometimes it is a dead end but there is always the possibility of finding a honey hole. Looking forward to seeing what is past that log if you do cut your way through! Great video as always

👏👏🎣May those scratches in the snooks be caused by Goliaths? Sometimes even the juveniles try to eat something large they actually can and the snooks are able to get out, not without some scratches,

Good Video Erick! I like that back camera angle. It really shows how tight some of the spots you get back to are. That snook looked huge, how big do you think she was?

Thanks Chris! The one I saw in the shallow was probably 35-37 inches. They love these shallow lakes during this time of the year.

What up brother? Great video! Just found you channel tonight. I’m a new sub. If you ever want to fish around marco/capri and do some filming hit me up! I’m out every day. Been slaying all winter! I fish about the same stuff in my neck of the woods. I fish out of a 17’6” flats boat and get into those mangrove tunnels.

What boat ramp do you use? Just left from a camping trip down in Everglades and want to start planning another one. We stayed down in Mormon Key. Any suggestions would be appreciated

He launched from the Port of the Islands ramp. Those are my home waters too.

I launch at many ramps but mainly Outdoor resort, POI, and Goodland.

@@10kerick I used to dry rack my Egret at Safe Harbors in Goodland. Now I have a place for my boat and tow it mostly to the POI ramp.
