They're a nightmare. Once the initial injury has healed it's a good idea to rehab it, If it's been taped regularly for a while little toes especially can lose their mobility and hurt at every little knock. Just gently bend the toe to restore it's normal range of motion.

This is one of the main injuries I get, broken one little toe, dislocated the other, now done something to a big toe, bloody annoying.

Bad times. Boots, neoprene socks and tape.

Francisco Magana I just taped it up against the other toe and kept on training with it like that, it happened a couple of months ago, took a couple of weeks before it wasn't as painful to walk on.
I still keep it taped up now to try prevent more issue, I think I managed brake the other little toe previously, strange how the dislocated one took longer to heal.

@Francisco Magana yes they are painful little Devil's, I think some of my toe injuries came from trapping toes between the mats.

@Francisco Magana Not that I'd advise it but in the past I've taped it or wore boots and carried on.
As daft as it sounds don't forget to re hab it once it's set.

What kinda tape is this exactly? Want to know what to buy

It's White Zinc Oxide tape. I'd suggest buying a wide 4cm or 5cm roll then you can split it into smaller pieces.
