For the first clip, since travelers c1 helps with energy regeneration by using the skill and the traveler has such a costly burst, its probably worthwile to level the skill talent no?

Domains for ascension materials and weapon materials change every day. Look it up ingame or on the internet if you want to know when certain mats becomes available. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you are new to the game but I reaaally gotta question how you even got to Sumeru without knowing that. It may sound rude but I'm genuinely confused.

You can also see Domains on the world map even if you haven't unlocked the sumeru map. You can also see what type of mats are available in that domain for that day.

If u have characters to farm for in 3.0 and 3.1 talent priority should be last of worries for collei and dendro mc.

Go to the talent domain of the region that the element is in, whatever is dropping that day, is what you use.
