The tatic called proxy. Main purpose of it is to farm behind enemy 1st and 2nd turret (some times 2nd & 3rd) to secure farming and attract enemy jungler, toplaner, midlaner to chasing you. Try to mess with them as much as u can so they lost minions (Gold & Exp) to turret while chasing you, open spaces for your team to play around objected form the other side of the map. While you die alot by this tatic, your kill worth less and less Gold to them. But u also building bonus money on the enemy who killing u alot. Then you or your team mate get a shutdown form him to flip the game.
Good thing about this is your turret takes no damaged form minions and enemy toplaner have to farm under turret which makes their turret losing health, harder to farm & u get bonus money form turret plates.
You can watch a player name Thebausffs who is one of the best proxy player out there.
But to apply this tatic u need to know well about the game and need to practice & experience alot.
