When I first went to Pot's N Woks around Jan 2019, this space was a Rite Aid. Then it closed within a year or so, and has stayed empty since! Glad to see something has replaced it!

So this is looking like it will be a liquidation store. We have something similar here in Texas called Dirt Cheap. They purchase liquidations, overstock, out of season goods, returns, etc. For example those boots you showed are from Target. It's really worth it if you can find something really good you've had your eye on, but did not have the opportunity to purchase. Born and raised in Cali! Lived in Whittier for years. Love watching your videos when I'm home sick.

Awesome video my friend. I remember the "Pic N Save" that was across the street there (I believe there's a gym in the building now) Its great to know new stores are opening. Wish I could come see it.

I remember Pic “n” Save from a long time ago. They eventually closed there stores and if I’m correct that was when Big Lots emerged. Basic both stores are twins.
I go to the one on Lincoln & state college on Anaheim, they have some crazy deals there. I got a 24 of water for 1.99 sign says ‘compared to Amazon $40.01’ I went to Amazon and the price was $70 dollars for a 24 of this spring water wtf of course I got me like 8 boxes killer deal. Also Starbucks coffee for 5 bucks. Can’t wait for this one closer to home.

I''ve binged watched your videos the past few days. In one of the videos the restaurant had a time machine buried and they were going to open it up in April or May of 2020! I forget which restaurant that was. Do you know if they did open that time machine later in 2020? Were you able to film it?
Hey thank you so much! That video was Ricks and I believe they did open it. I wasn’t there things were weird with restrictions so I still don’t know what was inside.

It's a close out store like big lots. As a matter of fact, big lots bought out pic n save in the 1990s, so there must be a new company using the pic n save name.

You keep saying price point, but what is the price? Please sync up so we can make sure we're on the same page. Just say, "same price". "Price", keep it simple. Also, don't say "a great variety of balloons".
