You know - one possibility, you could have Flute, English Horn (if your Oboist has an English Horn!), and Horn in F on Part 1 and then Clarinet and Bassoon on Part 2 (Clarinet playing Bass Clarinet part). That might sound kind of cool with the Flute/English Horn and then Clarinet/Bassoon in octaves most of the time...
