Another great video i invested in real wool socks this year and wool blend the difference in the warmth of your feet is incredible and warm without getting sweaty feet breathable and warm at the same time ill never go back to polyester socks again ,ive started to add more colours and patterns to my wardrobe this year if its colourful all one colour items and patterns like polka dots and stripes and snake skin croc embossed leopard in small amounts just to add more interest i was starting to get bored with the neutral and basic outfit so i wanted to add one wow piece to every outfit ypu still need all the basics and neutral colours first to add the statement pieces and colours to i feel its just a natural progression of my style ❤
Hi Donna! I agree about the socks - wool or cashmere is just amazing and keeping your feet warm. I find the same with sweaters - if it’s 100% wool or cashmere then I don’t need as many layers as the natural fibers are great at retaining heat! I’ve also started adding a bit of colour and print to my wardrobe. But I inly started doing this once I had my neutrals basics for a good foundation.❤️
Thank you so much! I’ve always had a thing for coats, and now I finally live somewhere where I need them and can actually wear them (Winters in South Africa were very mild!)! 🤗❤️
Awesome video, as always! Now that you're living in Canada, you're going to have to start calling your beanies "toques". 😄 I look forward to a video about all the components of these winter outfits, including socks and underlayers! ❤
Oh, thanks for this video! Really helpful for us in cold countries. I have a question about the boots from Style 2: Are you satisfied with the quality, and are they comfortable or a bit stiff? I really like this Italian winter but still elegant style and need something like this. Thanks!!!
I’m so glad it was helpful! The quality of the boots is really beautiful, and I will definitely buy more from this brand in future. They were stiff at all and I didn’t need to break them in. They are very fitted around the ankle though (which is what I was looking for) but they have elastic in each side that makes it really comfortable. Hope that helps😊❤️
It’s called HEATTECH base layers from Uniqlo. I will link one below, but they have different styles and thicknesses😊❤️ rstyle.me/+qG3LvWcwlG3sg9VOzS3Yww
I love a long wool or cashmere coat, too. I prefer the ones that are lined with a breathable fabric, like rayon (ideally silk, but it’s hard to find).
