Not true, I’m not even a Maiden fan and their newest album is great.
For those who don't know. There is a clip of Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo playing part of this song in dedication to Glenn Tipton. So this here seems fitting as to why they played it
The song 'The Green Manalishi' was written by Peter Green and recorded by Fleetwood Mac. Peter Greene was the original owner of Kirk's guitar 'Greeny'.

I was going to see the Priest on Tuesday but sadly the shows are postponed. They were my first concert I ever attended, opening for Led Zeppelin’s last ever US show in ‘77

Great performance by Priest. But what on earth has happened to audiences nowadays? I saw Priest a few times around 1979-83 and it was a frenzy in the audience. This is just a bunch of stationary people, with most holding mobile phones up. No atmosphere whatsoever! People seem to have lost the point of going to a gig and actually getting lost in, and enjoying, the music!
No mobile phones = no videos to watch on RUclips. 🤷🏻♂️

@@realmetalmayhem191 I'm one of the 18K and also one of the 250 thumbs up. I'm not having a go at anyone mate! I don't mind either, different times, and to each his own as you say. But I just feel a bit sad that crowds don't go for it like they used to. There's nothing like being in a crowd of folks going nuts (if the music is that sort of music of course, different at a classical gig - ha!). Must be a bit odd for bands seeing a sea of static people instead of getting a massive reaction to songs like they used to. Have a good 'un. Cheers.

Gary Moore owned it, but it changed hands at least once after his death before Kirk bought it.

Not a Metallica fan. Not a Hammett fan. Love Priest. I know everyone liked it. But I didn’t. Priest has too many good guitarists to need or want to play w Hammett. Mustaine will blow Hammett away! And he’s a better song writer.
