As West Hawaii and East Hawaii are seeing homes selling for about 4% under asking price, South Hawaii sellers are getting 100% for their land and homes as the more affordable south market is cooking.

The major downside to living Hawaii is not lack of medical care nor the high cost of living it is the state and local government that do not have a clue about good governance. Shame.
