I love it when you write such long comments! Here's the answer for you from Reddit: 'Ctrl + Shift + C' and enter 'testingcheats on'. Although Sims 4 For Rent showscases a max unit cap, you can increase this limit by entering 'bb.increaserentalunitcap on/off'. For example, Simmers can activate the hack using 'bb.increaserentalunitcap on' to unlock the '+Create Unit' button after the sixth room. Honestly, I don't remember how long it took me to build the whole place, but I think it took about two weeks, maybe a bit more. But in parallel, I was also doing some other big projects, because the videos on both my channels were coming out almost without delay. Basically, it takes me 2-3 days of continuous work to build an medium-sized house for a family with two floors. But also the whole thing still needs to be filmed and edited. And I remember that I was terribly tired to make this video :)

This may be because you don't have the For rent add-on. You can find in my gallery a version of this house where there is no separation into apartments.

I like how more people build and decorate using just the right amount of space. For many years in sims people would have these huge rooms that were empty just for the sake of having a huge space. I really prefer just enough space and not everything open concept. Anyway, gorgeous build, if I liked living in apartments I’d totally live here!

This so good it’s too bad apartments glitch and sometimes cause saves to be corrupted when you have more than 6 units.
