@@monelmonelmonel That's why I'm excited for inZOI to come out this year. The graphics are simply better, so modding/cc is also bound to be better. Since I really only use TS4 as a house building/character customization game anyway, I'm excited to see what inZOI provides. Don't get me wrong, they're surely going to release some kind of DLCs or in-game purchases (the company has done so before with another game), but at LEAST it looks and performs better graphically. Also the customization in inZOI looks INSANE! I simply could not get over how cartoony TS4 was, considering the gameplay (at a base level) was just so boring 😭 I'd sooner spend $300 on a better-looking life sim's DLC than $1000+ dollars on EA glitch packs....

I agree! The worlds are so boring and badly designed. Only a couple are beautiful like Sulani but you can still see where they got lazy placing things.

They've admitted that the worlds have become smaller, emptier and more barren of things to do because they don't want to lose the market of players who play on lower end systems. They do it on purpose and rather than give us a create a world tool or even give us extra empty lots that those of us who can play bigger worlds are able to, they decided to just prioritise low end systems. (And I'm not criticising those players. I used to play on an old as hell laptop and I wouldn't have begrudged the sims team making larger worlds with more lots---even if I wouldn't have been able to fill all of them)
This reminds me SO much of Stray! one of my favorite games. Every single piece of detail fits so perfectly. I can’t even put into words how amazing this build is! Absolutely amazing job 🤍
This whole build just did something to me lol like I need to know the rest of the story like who lives there and do they all know their spires for different agencies lol what are their missions other then trying to blend in and pretend to be normal will they fall in love with the target or who is trying to live low key cause they failed a mission and are hiding from their boss lol
It's not just the level of detail you put into it, which is amazing, but it's the personality and differentiation of design elements that make it stand out. I'll see other creators who like to 'tell a narrative' or 'make up a story' for the living spaces. They do a good job, but you can usually see a common theme or element among their designs, a sort of calling card. Your designs, however, really felt unique, they each stood out! A great balance between rich/poor, clutter/minimalism, etc, etc. This makes me want to see a whole neighborliness with this sort of design, kudos!

That's fair! For a lot of people, the appeal of cyberpunk is because it's like if steampunk had a baby with a neon-lit cityscape. It also allows for a lot of creativity and imagination, though more dystopian.

This might be pretty niche but this is EXACTLY how I imagined the city of Kilahito to look like in the book Yumi and the Nightmare Painter by Brandon Sanderson! The book is cyberpunk-esque and the whole city is run on energy from two glowing lines, one magenta and the other cyan, just like the colors in this! Amazing job, by the way. Your attention to detail is incredible and this is a really great build

The juxtaposition of seeing the cool neon lights and the futuristic vibe at the beginning of the video to the bright daylight when the building starts is kind of funny to me. You never see Cyberpunk aesthetic during the day lol. It's always a gritty alley at night.

ive been using this build in my save file and i remember when i downloaded it seeing a comment that someone watched a youtube vid of the builder making it... well i've found this vid and i cant believe you did it stop motion!!!! the build alone must have taken 1,000,000 years but taking the time to edit the stop motion is next level
