Although impossibly rare, it is theoretically possible for more than one Leprechaun to appear from a chest, as they also replace one of the gems inside.
@@uhrguhrguhrg I don’t think either are related. I’m pretty sure the games just checks how far you’ve fallen inside a spike tile and if it’s far enough it kills you
@@Manoeh This is something that happens to me often with difficult games, i start getting the hang of it and do shit on auto pilot, so i make more mistakes My Isaac win streak went from 6-10 to less than 0 as i started getting better and i often died in the final levels even with broken runs
3:58 I did some testing on this and it turns out as long as you have five blocks of vertical clearance, you can drop an item and yourself by holding down and pressing the 'jump' and 'action' buttons at the same time while on a ledge, and you'll hit yourself exactly once. it makes for a consistent curse run strategy without wasting resources and can be performed in pretty much any level

I think I was there for the one where the help crushed you with a shield, and as usual, you had just seconds before said, when he picked up the shield, "he's going to crush me"
Have to say, collision physics are broken and there are waay tooo many unintended interactions that happen out of nowhere and end runs. Things you've dropped hitting you even as you fall along with them is bad and happens occasionally

During a score run (I believe it was the first 10mil) twiggle got to 10 hours in game time and the clock stopped counting. Then in the next patch, they increased the timer to count past 10 hours.
I have something to say I get consistently to the woman with the Dragon thing but then I die but yeah I have done something multiple times what I am proud of but how do I time the electrical barricades do

It's happened to me once - made me lay an egg out of shock.
Had one pop out a chest in Yang's backroom, freaked me out so hard

Spelunky 2 timer used to hard cap at 10:00:00, it was changed to 99 or 999 hours after Twiggle had a score run that was like 11ish hours long
One of the past WR score runs went over 10h. The in-game timers said 9:59:59.999 from then on. They've since raised the limit to 100h
