During the jet ski sequence, I could totally see that Angelina was capable of doing the flip in that shot.

Say what you want, but I think Angelina Jolie's Tombraider 1 & 2 were extremely well adaptations from the games. Original but separate storylines, and they nailed Lara Croft's attitude perfectly. Certainly compared to the later iteration with Vikander.... ooff.... she made Lara look like this spoiled millennial university student that would cry for a participation award and a safe space any moment.

They were fine but nothing special. we have yet to have a decent tomb raider film. They need to have a film that’s has a more feel of the first game. Actual tomb raiding with a feeling of isolation with just a couple of supporting human cast members. the rest can be creatures and supernatural beings etc.
