She was granted an extension of time to file an appeal to the appellate court. Her last motion, seeking to introduce Bobby as a Denny suspect, was rejected by the circuit court. So she’s appealing that decision I believe. She met the first 2 prongs of the 4 part test, but judge ruled she was out of luck on the last 2.

I think one may be to do with the first witness to come forward (Sowinski). I can’t recall if there were others off the top of my head. I do remember the appellate court expressed no opinion on one or two things, but said they weren’t waived.

They could care less about looking elsewhere following up leads. The cops were only looking to nail him for something and this was presented to them in the nick of time. They were outta time to nail him on something this was their best chance. The case was a little skinny but they enhanced it with a little effort from Jim Lenk & Andy as well as Weigert and Fassbender chipped in. Fallon, Ghan and Weigert later disposed of the bone evidence with the bull shit family story. If the family only knew the truth they were being used by the Law Enforcement and Politicians for ass covering a corrupt Sheriff and DA as well as AG Laughtenschlager queen of the states white washers. Their daughters killers are still running loose while the patsies are spending life in jail for being crazy enough to sue the Sheriff and DA Et al. But is it liable to say that you SUSPECT someone of doing something, as I see it, that is not erroneously stating as a fact that the person actually did anything. Imagine all the cases there would be if for example the police/ DA office were sued for liable every time a defendant was found to be innocent after having been a SUSPECT in a case. It would be really cool if he did sue for liable but I very much doubt if he will as that leaves the door open for KZ to prove in a court of law that her suspicion was based on actual facts.

I think in this case because Zellner has alluded to Bobby being her no 1 suspect due to eye witness testimonies, Bobby's violent porn stash and other stuff on his computer. This is a little more in depth and in public. I personally believe that Brandon Dassey was a sacrificial lamb to protect Bobby because Brandon is borderline mentally unintelligent, he would need help with day to day tasks and his parents would be on the hook for that. The problem I have is the timing of the murder. SA was arrested within days of the depositions of the Sheriff and the Prosecutor in the rape case that put him away. LE was involved with that and it was not going well. There were other cases that LE covered up like the Ricky H hit and run. LE had to be involved in the coverup IMO but that does not mean they killed her, but whoever did, it fit the timing perfectly. SA had to accept the payout and then Tim Halbach sues SA in Civil court to run him out of money. LE knew who raped PB and maybe someone got him to do it. I don't know

I don't know why I keep coming back to these videos, I guess I want a layout of what KZ and others really thinks happen. From what I get so far is Bobby did it he saw Teresa followed her somehow ambushed her killed her pushed the car back to the lot with help and burned the body and her belongings? I mean I get there may be some little things that are odd about how things really happened with Steven and Brendan but the overall picture it pretty clear and it makes sense and there is tons of actual evidence as well as suspicious evidence no case even if it's on video will convince some people. SO yeah I would like to hear the crazy way in which KZ thinks this all happen and if you can't see the amount of holes of what she thinks happened you really are never going to be convinced. Her car keys was left on her car by Steven..That explains why the keys was not found right away at Steven home. So when the detectives found the key on the car...they decided to place it on his bedroom. I think Steven kill her..but the cops played also dirty. Very Sad.

KZ new petition is now due to the Court of Appeals on the 17 Jan 2024. She asked for an extension, it was granted.

To me it is not a question of whether Steven Avery and Brendan Dasey is guilty but whether they got a fair trial which they did not.
