Ah! sad to hear that. error code C2-12828-1 is super common and happens for many reasons. hope you can find a fix by googling it. But first, try wiping the game off your Vita and reinstall carefully. I had this happen once, and honestly, the only thing that worked for me was just deleting the game 😭 There is a few things I can suggest you to do: check your plugins and make sure there are not so many to cause conflicts ( if there are, uninstall them except system plugins, adrenaline plugins ); check your free storage also the qualitu of the sd card; check the game file and data ( reinstall them all ); make sure your vita is still modded, there are few reasons your vita losing hack mode so you need to re-mod it; try install another .VPK version on github. etc. Hope you figure it out!
