2024 Monster Games Online Qualifier - Better than Revenge - TEAM Masters M/M -

Doing the 2024 Monster Games Online Qualifier! I am doing both M45-49 Individual as well as Masters Team qualifiers (but plan is to go Team), so I will need to do a couple of the tests twice based on weights/movements. This IS one of those tests.
This is my "Better Than Revenge" TEAM Masters M/M video.
Better Than Revenge is 5 rounds for time w/ a 20 min cap:
5 rounds:
10 shuttle 25’, burpee, shuttle 25’ runs
20 pulllups
50’ SA OH walking lunge (50lb DB)
*add 25’ every round, so, 150’ in the 5th round
Completed just under the cap at 19:45!
