Sorry I'm new to this hobby but I'd like to know what is the difference factor of beginner and 'advanced' keyboard? I mean they both can be customized so why should it be different?
@@dimasadityo_you can change out switches and keycaps, but the v2 will always remain plastic, it's not gasket-mounted and I don't think you can make it wireless
The most important improvement of the pro-series keychron boards is QMK/VIA support. A keyboard without customizable keymap and layers is basically unusable for me, nowadays. That's the difference between "barely usable" and "enabling a convenient workflow".
First upgraded from a run of the mill gaming board with browns to a Ducky One 3 SF with MX Reds A nice leap in terms of stabiliser and keycap quality, and a definite improvement in sound as well. But upgrading once again, to a Q7 was just insane in terms of sound and feel. Although, the improvement in typing feel was probably 90% down to the Milky Yellow Pro’s compared to those scratchy horrible MX Reds. And what I really got out of the considerable (for me on a keyboard) money spent on the Q7, was mainly the delicious but really useless difference in sound. But I’ll be writing my master thesis on it, so I’ll at least have something nice to listen to the coming half year.
I needed wireless and a knob so the q2 pro has been perfect for me, I bought it like 2 days after the announcement email from keychron went out. I was debating it between the gmmk pro due to latency. But I just love this thing so much I couldn’t send it back
If you enjoyed this comparison, you can check out the products more in-depth here (affiliate links):
Q2 Pro geni.us/pgSc
V2 geni.us/CVNMoJ
Not a fair comparison. Both need to be stock to compare
Loving the keycaps you put on the V2. Personally, I do not want bluetooth/wireless so V2 all the way for me.
Hate the cheap plastic feeling on the V1/2, Q all the way.
@luminousghost9385 aluminum feels too good to pass up on
Ig for a beginner V2 or in general the v series is probably the best option

Honestly, the V2 Pro wins it for me. I JUST LOVE THE COLORS!
I wish there was a V2 pro with wireless as sadly we only have the V2. However the V1 got an upgrade as the V1 max recently
Much prefer the V1, can't live without F keys

No full video? ☹️ I wanted to step up from Royal Kludge and finally try Keychron and I'm so confused with these two models
What are the keycaps you put on the v2? Thanks!
V2 is also not gasket mounted.
Betty smile jumpscare
Can you do a video about the mountain Everest 60% keyboard (Linear 45 speed switches)
Q2 sounds like Mr.krabs
what are the keycaps that you used for the v2?
I don't get the wireless keyboard hype.. unless you're carrying your keyboard everywhere with you, you don't need the wireless feature..
Both great tho
Anybody happen to know what switches/keycaps/other mods were used for the V2?
I want to know if Q2 it's bluetooth and 2,4Hz pinned wireless also :)
Bluetooth only
So far I believe all Keychrone products only have bluetooth as a wireless option
Could you do a giveaway for a keyboard? I would really appreciate it if u did cause im too poor to buy one 😢
First
I like the keychorn q2 pro
@SwitchandClick hello can you take a look at the YZ75 or review it? I just bought it and its pretty good i think❤
Time to mod the Q2 Pro 😮
