Thank you so much for putting out these videos. On Xmas eve was dealing with Covid while recovering from a kidney transplant. It took over a month to recover from Covid which left me very weak and brain fogged. I asked my sis if she could help find some excercises that would help recover strength and she texted me yours. You two are life savers. Up to your 30 min. Walking video now and still doing warm ups and several 10 and 15 min several times a day . Thank you appreciate all the time and energy you two put into making these

Great idea. So many people (including myself) have foot/ankle issues, but we don't think of "exercising" them as often as other body parts even though they carry us all day! Some carry more than others lol.

I would like to request you to kindly make videos on the following as well: 1) Yoga 2) eye exercises 3) breathing exercises for better oxygenation of the brain 4) what is the best time of the day to do workouts? As we all know about circadian rhythm, so I am sure doing exercise at a particular time of the day would be more beneficial than some other time. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hi Shreya! Thank you for your video ideas. We will look into all! Regarding the best time of day to work out, there isn't enough research to prove that a certain time of day is good for everyone. A study done with men at risk for Type 2 diabetes showed that afternoon workouts may work well for this group. But it did not include women. Read the story here: nyti.ms/38mWLwB At this point, it appears that exercise is good for us at any time of day - but only if we keep doing it. 3) breathing exercises for better oxygenation of the brain
4) what is the best time of the day to do workouts? As we all know about circadian rhythm, so I am sure doing exercise at a particular time of the day would be more beneficial than some other time.

Hi Shreya! Thank you for your video ideas. We will look into all! Regarding the best time of day to work out, there isn't enough research to prove that a certain time of day is good for everyone. A study done with men at risk for Type 2 diabetes showed that afternoon workouts may work well for this group. But it did not include women. Read the story here: nyti.ms/38mWLwB At this point, it appears that exercise is good for us at any time of day - but only if we keep doing it.
