11/22/23. Tracy here. I have been exercising with you two beautiful women about 3 months now. I don't comment often, want you to know how helpful each video has helped me. I feel stronger and notice I am toning in my stomach, slowly but surely. I have been participating in a different video each day, I do 2 if the sessions are 10 minutes so I get at least 30 minutes a time. I also have improved my posture. I've done your 7 day challenge and New Years challenge. I enjoyed all of them and am working to complete each one. I am 63 years old and live in upper Michigan, we are known as uppers. I had both knees replaced and didn't think I could exercise anymore to tone up, or improved my balance. I was wrong.I am so thankful I came across your channel on RUclips. I enjoy your relationship and how you make me laugh. I don't care for hot dogs, 😂 but do like walking on the beach or toward a mountain. I am an early riser so I exercise shortly after rising. Great Job on this workout Aiko, Mochi and April. This was a very effective, yet simple workout. I think I needed a different level band as the 3 was not challenging me enough. I look forward to trying this workout later this week with the higher-level band to work on my strength training routine. Thanks a lot for this quick video. I have no glute small bands so I ckecked in a sport store and they sell many different kinds, with different resistance from 5 to 22 kg, or I can buy a set from x-light to x-strong. which one do you have and which one should I take, please?
Hi there! There are different kinds of bands -- mini bands like the ones we use in the Standing Glute Workout that typically come in a package of light, medium and heavy resistance. There are also tube-like bands with handles that are very versatile -- for example, you can tie them in a knot to create a circle band that will provide resistance like mini bands. There are also strap like bands that hand no handles, but typically come in a package of three. The tube-like bands will provide the most options -- sounds like those are the ones you saw with resistance from 5 to 22kg. How often should you do these and how long does it take to help build up the strength in glutes to alleviate the hip and back pain caused by having weak glutes,I know I have glute and hamstring tendinitis which I've had before but physio just keeps saying stretch which makes it worse
Yes! These exercises will help build your butt muscles. I also recommend adding our 5-minute Lower Body workout that includes the Chair Standup that is one of the best exercises for the glutes and lower body (it has the added benefit of helping you get up from a chair or toilet with ease!): bit.ly/31P9bK7 I recommend doing these exercises at least twice a week. You are 66 years young and it's awesome that you are focusing on increasing your strength!

Great Job on this workout Aiko, Mochi and April. This was a very effective, yet simple workout. I think I needed a different level band as the 3 was not challenging me enough. I look forward to trying this workout later this week with the higher-level band to work on my strength training routine. Keep up the great job of helping motivate us seniors to move daily with your videos.

Thanks a lot for this quick video. I have no glute small bands so I ckecked in a sport store and they sell many different kinds, with different resistance from 5 to 22 kg, or I can buy a set from x-light to x-strong. which one do you have and which one should I take,

Hi there! There are different kinds of bands -- mini bands like the ones we use in the Standing Glute Workout that typically come in a package of light, medium and heavy resistance. There are also tube-like bands with handles that are very versatile -- for example, you can tie them in a knot to create a circle band that will provide resistance like mini bands. There are also strap like bands that hand no handles, but typically come in a package of three. The tube-like bands will provide the most options -- sounds like those are the ones you saw with resistance from 5 to 22kg. How often should you do these and how long does it take to help build up the strength in glutes to alleviate the hip and back pain caused by having weak glutes,I know I have glute and hamstring tendinitis which I've had before but physio just keeps saying stretch which makes it worse
Consistency is key. Try incorporating these exercises into your routine a few times a week and listen to your body for progress.
I'm 66 and in the last few years my butt has turned flat and flabby. Will these help with that?
Yes! These exercises will help build your butt muscles. I also recommend adding our 5-minute Lower Body workout that includes the Chair Standup that is one of the best exercises for the glutes and lower body (it has the added benefit of helping you get up from a chair or toilet with ease!): bit.ly/31P9bK7 I recommend doing these exercises at least twice a week. You are 66 years young and it's awesome that you are focusing on increasing your strength!

I don't want to work my Hamstring!! Most of your exercises work that! I have knee issues & I'm trying to strengthen my Glutes! Any advice?
