    I have about 30 recipes for loaded baked potatoes, which I always make in my Ninjas. My favorite has to be the chili cheese green onion one. My BLT one with creamy ranch is kickin too!

    Mmmmmmm, I love loaded baked potatoes. I've never tried the smoke version on the woodfire though, I'll definitively have to give that a try. Keep your great videos coming, we love you here in Preskitt. Take care and stay safe in the I.E. brother.

    Since I had ice and snow on my WFG, I had to steam crisp 4 potatoes in my SmartLid - I prep them the same way with olive oil and kosher salt after washing and poking with a fork. Takes about 35 minutes at 400. I DO plan to try smoking baked potatoes when it's warmer - FYI baked potatoes can be frozen by wrapping them in plastic wrap and placing them in a freezer bag. I put butter, chives, bacon, and 3-cheese blend. I have also added chili (let's not argue chili brands, LOL).

    I do the twice baked version and mix in cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, sharp cheddar, butter, some salt and pepper, and green onions. But have not made them on the WFG yet. Thanks for the video.

    I’m from the UK and tonight it’s baked potatoes for wife and I. Normally I bake my potatoes in the oven, but since I just bought the Ninja Wood-fire outside XL grill, I look forward to bake and smoke them tonight. So I will follow your recipe, as yours was on top list when I put in the search on RUclips. We normally have baked beans and cheese as a topping, but I also oil the potatoes skin with both black pepper and salt on the skins before I cook them. Thanks for your video.

    Love that silicone prep tray! You're my #1 Ninja Woodfire authority dude! Please keep making these videos. Video idea: Different wood pellets and which is best for particular cooks? Just sayin'. I smoked bone-in, skin-on chicken breast with the bold pellets and found it was too much. So a pellet flavour tutorial would be awesome

    What’s up CJ man I never cook or grilled anything but I recently retired and nothing to do but I started watching your channel and really enjoyed your show so I bought one of the ninja outdoor wood fire grill and man I’m the shit now I follow your recipes to the t I’m a retired chemical engineer so working in a lab all the time we had to follow lab testing to the T so I’m doing the same thing with your videos my kids asked me to cook for my nephew graduation man that touch my heart just wanted to say thank you keep doing what you doing I live in Austin Texas and definitely spreading the word about you.

    That looks great. But I would have put it back in to the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese and heat the steak

    Yum! But... from a newbie (had my mind less than a week)... Thoughts on how to do potatoes and steak at the same time? Would the potatoes do okay on the smoker at a lower temp (Adding steaks part way through)? Or should i just plan on keeping potatoes warm in the oven while i finish up the steaks?

    CJ I’m boring with seasoning my potato. Shocking to hear, but I don’t like better ( I use country crock margarine), don’t like cheese, I know I’m not American, yes I am, and finally no sour cream. Basically, I put lots of margarine and salt and pepper. That’s it.

      My wife just had butter and her salt and pepper too. I’m cool with it. But had to dress it up for the video. Grew up on country crock too. Instant Tupperware when it was done too. Lol!

    😂I like to make twice baked potatoes or take stuffing out mix wit butter mix cheese steak onion sour cream salt pepper stuff it back in bake it it 5 minutes and that's that😊

      Yeah it was pretty smoky, not so much as it’s uneatable, but it’s noticeable.
