you have to raise the minimum bid to 100k now and make the buy now 500 with enabled, or you have to target certain themes or divisions to make it work without buying enabled.

its very random, it can take hours, maybe sometimes minutes, but i usually sit on here for a few hours at a time and try to get lucky
