I bought a leek from my Coles two weeks because I’ve always wanted to know what it taste like. However, I had no idea what to do with it.
    Now I kinda do.
Half moon the bad boy and add it to the pot with lamb, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms.
    See how we go.
