Adductor magnus, gluteus maximus and medeus, tensor fasciae latae, piraformis, plantaris, soleus gastrocnemius, quads-semimembranosusgracilis, semitendinosis...

Very good and very easy to remember especially with name of the exercises except for the knee marching as we are senior citizens.
