I have been driving Verna since 2 years and what I feel is that after few months of your ownership you will neither bother about the looks like whether the door handle is chrome or body coloured etc. nor you will be bothered about what others feel when you drive your car. It will be all about your feelings once you sit inside and the ride quality.
Truest!! I love my verna 1.6. Before it was about looks I was concerned about how everybody likes it. Bt after some years everything was secondary. It was just me and my car. Love the way it drives.

There should be a small headrest for the middle seat and the gauge cluster of the seltos and maybe a 4x4 version and this would be perfect. Not even good. It would be pretty much perfect for the price

There is no MT for this 1.4T motor. That's the only disappointing thing with Creta. kia on the other hand has GTK verison which is fairly loaded and gives a MT also it doesn't have useless sunroof and hence price is on the lower side.

You are comparing a DCT turbo to IVT 1.5. For strictly city use opt for Creta sxo ivt or Seltos HTX+ ivt. Both are same cars underneath and as he said, pick your design preference.

Booked facelifted Crtea Sx (o) Orange color in May 2018 even before it got launched after seeing the leaked brochure online and got it delivered in June 2018..Really love the colour, features and the front end look. Only -ve thing was the seats are not wider which is causing shoulder pain in long drives. The ugly thing in this New Creta is the front grille design and the tail lights..other than that the features are good including the front seat cushioning..

That's kind of pointless. Both have the same engine and gearbox. But creta has paddle shifters. In terms of the difference in suspension, steering, you can find it in any other comparison between creta and seltos.

What about safety incase of roll over of vehicle with that sunroof covering almost 80% of top? What if a tree or any heavy pole structure falls on the top of the car? Is it crash tested from top? Glass is from Saint Gobain? Rest everything is secondary while reviewing the car
Tree or any heavy object will break the glass obviously but i don't think that's a sensible question. Any heavy object such as tree would crush the upper part of the car. And it's not the only car having a panaromic sunroof. These are the features that give you the sense of luxury. And luxury comes at a price and luxury is delicate.
they are futuristic light designs which are only fount in foreign cars like palicide etc . we feel odd about this design because indians dont like difference they only want to copy others things. here hyundai is presenting some thing which is very much different and futuristic combared to other cars in this segment.

The new creta is a product which is very difficult to understand. The dynamics & feature list may be the only drawing cards here which will appeal to the buyers but the first impression is created usually based on the looks & Hyundai has messed it up on this front. The other factor which could help to strike a deal is the price which is spot on considering the Creta's popularity & reliability, so it may work in Indian market as Indians don't give a second thought before buying a Hyundai

Arjun Murali exactly. Infact the place is better utilized in Seltos. Also the fact that the Seltos is not even available in a top end HTX PLUS with the IVT is a downer. Overall I think the seltos is a very good product and upto Creta’s level. It’s just that the feature distribution among variants is not as good as Hyundai. Like you only get a Sunroof, a small one in only the Gtx plus or htx plus. ( I mean common man, a sunroof is like for granted in this segment now)I mean that is what Hyundai has nailed offering good kit even in the SX versions specially the auto.
ALL CAR reviewers are behind ride and suspension dynamics for better cornering ability and handling .. SO car manufacturers are going for much much stiffer suspension these days which will make ur bones break .. Most of these cars are used by family not rally drivers suspension should be tuned towards comfort. seltos and ignis some of the cars which i drove has stiffer suspension setup.. our roads are bumpy compared to international roads point to be noted..

ALL CAR reviewers are behind ride and suspension dynamics for better cornering ability and handling .. SO car manufacturers are going for much much stiffer suspension these days which will make ur bones break .. Most of these cars are used by family not rally drivers suspension should be tuned towards comfort. seltos and ignis some of the cars which i drove has stiffer suspension setup.. our roads are bumpy compared to international roads point to be noted..
Creta 1.5 has softer suspension
Seltos has a lot stiffer suspension which is too bad for city driving

@@aliasmotors1658 No, suspension components is exactly the same in both. Stiff suspension is better for loading 4 people, Older Creta literally sinks with 3-4 people onboard and drove like a boat
@@SuyashKaul i have driven both the cars.Seltos rattles a lot on potholes and undulations whereas creta has silent suspension.And new creta is as planted as seltos with silent suspension
Nissan Kicks has a better suspension setup compared to Seltos and Creta
