The last armory quest is broken, I'm unable to go past the board quest to help Delta, the game gets stuck with no zombies and I become invincible once it's completed! Also please Have Volatiles search thru buildings so people have to hide under tables, it's easy to avoid them right now
they're probably already working on it, i've never seen a game go through so many much improvement over such a short period of time, total gore overhaul, redoing the story, fixing the nighttime modes etc
One of the few games i play that im only 50% through the story but im near max level and have 80+ hours playtime. I start with a mission and 15 mins later am just wandering around doing cool stuff...you can get caught up so easily
I’ve waited two years for this game to be in a complete state that at least matches Dying Light 1’s quality. I think that time has come to finally purchase it.
I started playing it recently and I have to say that whatever the experiences you had with dl1 were, the game is undeniably fun. dl2 makes me feel like a tourist in a post-apo city and the transition from old villedor to central loop made sure I was there to stay. (oh, but I have to add a thing-the sheer number of volatiles on the streets made me avoid night time activities in the beginning, but it gets easier the more health and stamina you get)
We need a Gut Feeling PART 2, the gore is nearly perfect. Just missing the dynamic blood pools from DL1 and the generic blood pools replaced with em, and the blood decals, generic splatters, etc need a improvement. The particles are just awkward, they serve no purpose really, but pools could form from them instead. The guns will then feel more satisfying. I really wanna put this as an idea, but they're closed at the moment.

I didnt remember 0:55 being in the game. Ever since they changed chases to start when spotted by a volatilve, I think they revamped the whole mission entirely.
I fully expect that to be a new cutscene. Especially with how they changed some starting cutscenes, like when hakon and aiden talk on the balcony. You slowly walk a part while talking look down to the zombies, talk, then you see them chasing someone, hear a scream and hakon actually says the "welcome to paradise" line :>
There are plenty of scenes, dialogues and cutscenes in this trailer that I have never seen in game even though I did it twice with different script choices! 😮 We can also see certain types of infected and mutating humans never seen before! Maybe future additions? I also notice that at 1:26 we can see one of our allies wearing the outfit of the faithful of The Mother, the cult discovered in the Harran campaign of The Following DLC. Maybe this means that we could soon get some outfits from Dying Light 1 back in Dying Light 2? 👀
Hello techland, I have over 1000 hours of playing time in Dying Light 2. There are still 4 inhibitors missing, can you please patch that. This is a bug in the game. The inhibitors are displayed but when I open the gre box all I get is crystal dust.... thanks techland gg from switzerland

Grapling Hook is still shite compared to the first game and we still haven't a new story DLC about Zombies in a Zombie-Game! But at least the microtransactions seem to work fine...

Please keep advancing gun play and attachments. Please add a m4 USA style with the holographic sight for next gun add. And also a MP5. 5.56 and 9mm are very popular rounds and still would be available at that point even. Could even make a Dlc where you thought the world was over but really due to the high gun ownership in the Americas they held out in places with low populations. An now they are sending scouting party's out to get communications back online and also share gear like Guns, ammo, sights, attachments. Would be cool to even get a air strike and add big zombie defense battles. Add a new infected boss type that's attracted only to large groups of humans and will hive mind zombies with it to the city or location . Please add this kind of stuff.

PLEASE ADD A POINT SYSTEM TOWARDS INDIVIDUAL BODY PARTS.. 3 perfect headshots should drop ANYTHING!! Besides maybe Demolishers & Goons.. but Especially Volatiles.. 5× pistol headshots ... dead .. chopping at the legs where the bone starts showing should become that weak point !! So depending on enemy type you can focus on that weakness to take them down..
will definitely play this again after playing around 1.5 hours of the initial release game which felt unfinished. Hopefully will be glued to it like the 1st game

I really love this game, but seriously Techland? That bullets and other weapons can only be obtained with special coins given to you at certain intervals. Please get rid of that nonsense and make bullets either craftable or purchasable with regular in-game currency. Keep the weapons tied to that special currency if you must, but bullets? Was that really necessary?

And inertia is hard too because dl2 isn't made on the same engine as dl1 it might not be impossible but it will shure take a long time.

I'd REALLY love an actual sandbox mode of some kind for this game. A lot about it is top notch at this point, but the story (especially the first half) drags it down SOOOOOOOOO much. Love y’all but I can’t be excited for updates anymore. It’s great that you guys are continuously working nonstop to make this game better but at this point I see no reason to redownload this game until the next DLC arrives. I played the update for about an hour and didn’t really feel anything relatively eye popping “new”. Also why did you guys lower the FoV? It was fine before and clearly could be pushed further but instead it got reduced? Just why. Hope everyone else enjoys the update cause I certainly can’t, hope the DLC actually sees the light of day this year.
And yet still no cross-gen save transfer from PS4 to PS5. Really, is it that hard to implement? Oh, well. There are plenty of other games to play. I still play Dying Light 1 to this day. Is it just me or the anti aliasing on FSR2 became considerably worse? Everything seems aliased and shimmery after the update. Previously it was just fine. Also the ray tracing is much less effective. Wtf?
Look im not saying guns were a bad idea and i was waiting a long time around for them too the scorpio perfect apocalypse looking made from what surviors could gather the guns yea sure the armory and all that i can understand that but the in depth and story driven on why the guns where gone was perfect and it was all about ammo and now that im playing ammos everywhere i love the update u have been killing it listening to the community but consider the ammo problem all guns and ammo confiscated and the city supposedly ran dry of ammo and now all the sudden u can go to a military convoy thats been there since the citys ammo and gun confiscation was in place and should really have no right to carry ammo. Now every convoy has ammo i love the secluded military bases they are perfect and if i would’ve went looking for ammo it would’ve been there gassed off by the military gre access key needed and probably has been sealed for a very long time now theres a chance for ammunition to be there idk if you guys read comments or not but if you do and you are seeing this consider making ammo scarce maybe adding a quest that involves the PKs ship because remember it was transporting everything needed to make ammunition and through that u could maybe add a quest where u need a blueprint to craft ammo and the resources are obviously already scarce if u take the boom stick into consideration it has 2 shots and then its out of ammo and the guns destroyed obviously theres resources from quests and etc that theres gunpowder its scarce but its there maybe just maybe u consider this and change the ammo problem also the futurist guns n stuff idk why that was added now you have already out done your selfs on this project but maybe take some fan art of rusted guns or guns worn out over time and repaired with what the survivors could get their hands on. Other than that i am done best wishes to the techland team you have out done yourselfs

I don’t know if I’m the only one here or not, but the decision to add a firearm to the game and at the same time not really give it ammo is kind of weird. If in the first part I had to grid in order to shoot, I would have quit playing it even then. Plus the tests are a separate hatred for the developers! And the blood ties dls is completely built on them (I’m not expecting anything at all from the new dls

Indeed. The bleeding effect mods in DL1 were amazing. It's not as splashy in this sequel. Splatter should also be increased.

I don't know why Techland and Cd Projekt Red they did not add AMD FSR 3.1 to Dying Light 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 ? Or AMD Anti-Lag 2 for PC players . I love both Cyberpunk 2077 and Dying Lights 1 and 2, but now I'm very disappointed
Can you believe that i still didn´t played yet? my uncle did and told me that is better than the first one,from what i have seen the only thing i don´t like about this game it was the map,i prefer city over ruins,kinda reminds me of the last of us being green all over the places,but im pretty sure the story and gameplay are good,i still don´t know if it has leveling up crazy as the first because,I LOOOOVE IT on the first one.All maxed out,wait....legend!!!???.....OK IM IN!!! haha.I do own ps4 cppy.

I'd REALLY love an actual sandbox mode of some kind for this game. A lot about it is top notch at this point, but the story (especially the first half) drags it down SOOOOOOOOO much. Please just stop talking, don't make me level up to get a slide (lol), add a touch more environmental storytelling, and BOOM.
i want to play upcoming story but i only bough the dlc and normal game, as bloody ties is free now i wish for the people who already bought bloody ties the upcoming story would be free. I have over 400hrs on this game and i also have 550hrs on dl1 im addicted to dl series even i dont play dl1 today i still open and listen ambiance music's of it

Love y’all but I can’t be excited for updates anymore. It’s great that you guys are continuously working nonstop to make this game better but at this point I see no reason to redownload this game until the next DLC arrives. I played the update for about an hour and didn’t really feel anything relatively eye popping “new”. Also why did you guys lower the FoV? It was fine before and clearly could be pushed further but instead it got reduced? Just why. Hope everyone else enjoys the update cause I certainly can’t, hope the DLC actually sees the light of day this year.
And yet still no cross-gen save transfer from PS4 to PS5. Really, is it that hard to implement? Oh, well. There are plenty of other games to play. I still play Dying Light 1 to this day. It's a shame I couldn't do the same with the second game. I would love to be able to transfer my game data and play on the PS5 version with my friends. 😤
The firearms mission completely broken, cant return to girl after survivor mission which is bugged too…weapon rebalanced system is wacked as hell, new is slower 3x times with 1 hand weapon…and get the dlc free for all users is a god damn thing to think about to all people who bought it from the start….. very bad💩💩💩
This youtuber SFW Bubonic leaked this to me a couple weeks before it dropped. He ended up being a scumbag trying to drive wedges in-between my friend groups. He leaked a bunch of other stuff and said that techland is owned by tencent. And we'll never get the night hunter in dl2😢😢
Is it just me or the anti aliasing on FSR2 became considerably worse? Everything seems aliased and shimmery after the update. Previously it was just fine. Also the ray tracing is much less effective. Wtf?

Look im not saying guns were a bad idea and i was waiting a long time around for them too the scorpio perfect apocalypse looking made from what surviors could gather the guns yea sure the armory and all that i can understand that but the in depth and story driven on why the guns where gone was perfect and it was all about ammo and now that im playing ammos everywhere i love the update u have been killing it listening to the community but consider the ammo problem all guns and ammo confiscated and the city supposedly ran dry of ammo and now all the sudden u can go to a military convoy thats been there since the citys ammo and gun confiscation was in place and should really have no right to carry ammo. Now every convoy has ammo i love the secluded military bases they are perfect and if i would’ve went looking for ammo it would’ve been there gassed off by the military gre access key needed and probably has been sealed for a very long time now theres a chance for ammunition to be there idk if you guys read comments or not but if you do and you are seeing this consider making ammo scarce maybe adding a quest that involves the PKs ship because remember it was transporting everything needed to make ammunition and through that u could maybe add a quest where u need a blueprint to craft ammo and the resources are obviously already scarce if u take the boom stick into consideration it has 2 shots and then its out of ammo and the guns destroyed obviously theres resources from quests and etc that theres gunpowder its scarce but its there maybe just maybe u consider this and change the ammo problem also the futurist guns n stuff idk why that was added now you have already out done your selfs on this project but maybe take some fan art of rusted guns or guns worn out over time and repaired with what the survivors could get their hands on. Other than that i am done best wishes to the techland team you have out done yourselfs

I don’t know if I’m the only one here or not, but the decision to add a firearm to the game and at the same time not really give it ammo is kind of weird. If in the first part I had to grid in order to shoot, I would have quit playing it even then. Plus the tests are a separate hatred for the developers! And the blood ties dls is completely built on them (I’m not expecting anything at all from the new dls
