    Sunth(dry adrak) and dry haldi ko jameen me hi shukhne dete h ,Puri trh sukhne me sal ka samay lagta h...sukhne k bad un me sukhsm jeev nh rh jate... isiliye jain dry zinzer and dry turmeric ka use krte h

      Hamare shastro me bataya hai ki dahi me bacteria nhi hote ... Jab Dudh ke bowl me jaman dalte hain to overnight ek chemical reaction hoti hai.. Jis se vo dahi me convert hota hai... Dahi hamare kamdev Shravak bhi vaparte the...
      Kachche Dahi ka kathol (aisa dhan jiski do faad hoti ho, dal banti ho like moong chana etc) ke sath mix hone se beindriya jeev utpanna hote hai... Isliye in dhan ke sath dahi ko mix karne se pahle dahi ko achi tarah garam kar le to chalta hai...
      Vaise pura muh saf ho to kachcha dahi mha sakte hain

      Ice kahi par bhi banao abhakshya hi hoti hai. Fridge me rakhi sabji bhi bhakshya nhi hai lekin usko bahar rakhne ke baad jab normal temperature me aa jaye tab upyog kr sakte hain
