The Kings are younger, deeper, and better than the other teams in the Pacific Division. The other teams are pretty old as well. Could be 1. Kings 2. Suns 3. Clips 4. Lakers 5. Warriors
I know u asked Matt, but by rebounder do u mean by getting a center ? Or a rebounder in general? I don’t think rebounding is the problem for the Kings. We have the best rebounder on our team in Domas. We upgraded our SF in rebounding from Barnes 1 rebound a game to demar 5-6 rebounds a game. Heurter is an underrated rebounder. And devin Carter averaged 8 rebounds in college as a PG/SG. And keegan had 5reb a game last year that I think can go up. I think we are a solid lengthy PF that can play the PF and a lil bit of C. Kinda like a lengthier Trey Lyle’s. Not a star but a player that can fit kings style of ball. But I think kings can make a crazy run with what we have now if everyone plays to their potential
I hate to break it to this guy but Moses moody, KW are probably the players they are gonna be at this point. Not sure they will have a “break out” season if they haven’t already. they are still solid players tho.
The Kings have the best team in the Pacific Division. It isn't close. They are deeper, have more clutch players and better shooting and passing. Now, how they play vs how the Suns play could be way different. But talent wise, they are the best team in the Pacific Division. Forwards - Keegan Murray, DeMar DeRozan, Trey Lyles, possibly Kevin Huerter, Jalen McDaniels. Centers - Domantis Sabonis, Alex Len, Orlando Robinson Guards - De'Aaron Fox, Malik Monk, possibly Kevin Huerter, Jordan McLaughlin, Keon Ellis, Devin Carter Honestly, that is already a pretty damn good team. Now, they have prove the skeptics wrong. Play their hearts out and show they can be among the best in the West. I believe they can do it.
Yep. Like another post mentioned, he came across as very arrogant. He didn't take the time to do his research before the podcast interview. Had zero interest in the Kings and the topic at-hand. Came across as a real amateur.
Well yes kings looks like the best team. But they need to prove it on the floor. To become really great team not just danger. If kings wont breakthrough this season they will step in a way to become next clippers, on paper great but cant win anything. Also if you would ask me can this kings team in playoffs series beat suns, lakers or warriors i wouldnt be sure. All those teams have champions and all have players that are better then any king. In my opinion kings still lack that one piece that would transform team into contenders. Good thing is that we have some time and some tools to get it.
Somehow this makes you feel good? Last time I checked they don't give awards or rings for thinking you're the best in a division...but I'm sure someone will give you a cookie!
@@jamesrobinson1557 Awe, let me guess...you are either a Lakers or Warriors fan, aren't you? The Warriors have 3-4 guys underperforming, Draymond Green and his insanity and a coach who seems to have zero flexibility in what he wants to do. The Lakers did absolutely nothing to improve the roster. They weren't even that good last season. The Suns are the biggest challenge in the division, simply because of Kevin Durant. But they are a really top heavy team and while improved a little, they still have a real lack of depth when injuries occur. If Durant or Beal go down for any significant time, it will hurt them badly. As for the Clippers, you can't lose Paul George, Russell Westbrook and significant pieces of your bench and be better with not one star level player added. It just doesn't happen. The Kings have 9 solid rotation guys, upgraded by getting DeMar DeRozan and got more athletic with the additions of Orlando Robinson and Jordan McLaughlin. Both who are reasonably decent defenders and McLaughlin at least has more upside to his offensive game than Davion Mitchell had. Just saying, this team is a better team than what it was last season. I can't see how any of the other teams in the division have made any improvements. The Kings even have some wiggle room to make a trade if they feel they are on the brink of being a championship contender. Something none of the other teams have right now in the division. Yes, they still need a little more front court help. I hope it gets addressed soon. It is the one area of concern. But this is still a damn good team and I don't see how right now they don't win the division. Not when the Warriors are unlikely to be any better than last season. Not when the Lakers are running back nearly the exact same roster. Not when the Clippers clearly got worse and are likely going to be a bottom 5 team. As I said...the only team that will be a significant challenge is the Suns, and if they get two or three injuries in the starting lineup that keeps them out for more than 10-15 games, they are in big trouble.
Curry's last few olympic games really changed his perception. Did we forget about the previous olympic games where he did nothing and the clear regression in the regular season? If your #1 option is a 36 year old, your days are numbered. Kings are 100% going to be the better team.
Let's say that what you are saying is true? So what! Does that mean they are going to win the west? Nope! Does it mean they will be a top four team in the west? Nope! Does that mean they will a championship? Nope! So saying they are better is your opinion that means absolutely nothing! You pick the one thing you thought you could brag about as a flex but I bet people remember Curry dropping 50 in your house in a game seven more then a play in game the Kings won! Oh and at least the Warriors have a dynasty to ruin. If they are done! What is the Kings legacy? So all in all my dude it's like comparing the Clippers to the Lakers! You just look stupid doing so!
#1 in pac Div. Sac kings. # 5 in the west this season. That’s my prediction and I’m sticking to it!!
Kings are the best in the division BABY!!
The Kings are younger, deeper, and better than the other teams in the Pacific Division. The other teams are pretty old as well.
Could be
1. Kings
2. Suns
3. Clips
4. Lakers
5. Warriors
Maintain the rage Matt, love your takes
We’re actually the best team in California
We’re all thinking it.. you’re just saying it.
@@realflashkid they still sleeping on us , we gotta wake ‘‘em up
@@Jadelove14 i love it! Let’em sleep. It’s gonna be a rude awakening.

I think we are one more powerful rebounder away from a championship. What do you think Matt ?

So he fits right in with Warriors fans
This Warriors podcaster did zero homework for the podcast. Has the same arrogance of all bandwagon warrior fans.

Draymond Green is a laughing stock in the NBA. And they continue to pay him when he’s clearly a violent person
