Hello! From Rainy Florida ☔🌴🐊🦩⛈️🏖️ You are just lovely! I truly enjoyed your snippet on Cardamom pods so I followed here. So nice to find both vegan and Gluten-free recipes. I'm almost GF just going to finish the bread and crackers in my home but, started adding GF substitutes and products ( bread, buttercream, cereal...) I was vegetarian 25 years, vegan 7 years and soon will be GF and lectin-free. Working on sugar-free and making my way to daily green juicing onto a 2 year maybe sooner all Raw lifestyle. I have the feeling I will only choose to substitute occasional raw dishes or choose 1-2 day a week raw detox days but, 100% raw seems so extreme but, I've seen people lose 100+ lbs get off MS and Lupus meds and beat cancer so I'm hoping in @ 2 years I got the mojo going! Looking forward to more shows. Hope you have some upcoming raw dishes and ideas for Vegan GF sandwiches. Blessings✨
Glad that you are finding these things helpful. Thank you for your lovely comment.I’m moving house at the mo but plan to keep adding new GF V videos as always very soon! Keep up you excellent plan and all good wishes to you ✨🙏
that's good to hear - i make them gluten-free by default, and did not know that others might often use wheat gluten for recipes like this. Interesting.
The gluten makes them hold together more and gives a chewy texture. It's usually used in any type of vegan meat recipe or premade product. Of course, some people avoid gluten, but it's commonly used to mimic a meat-like texture since it's effective and most people do eat gluten.
@@ObscenelyMarvelous ah yes I see. I have seen gluten in shop-bought vegan burgers now you mention it. It does make sense from that perspective. It never occurs to me to give my vegan burgers a meaty texture, since I've not eaten meat for over 30 years. I am just thinking patty that tastes really good that everyone likes haha.
I agree. I quit eating meat over 20 years ago, and I genuinely love the taste of plants. I never cared much about the texture and appearance of food anyway, it's all about the flavor and my body's reaction to the food.
Nice recipe! Wonderful channel. Lots of good information here. New follower here. Crow✌️
Hola me gustan mucho tus recetas... aunque no entiendo mucho el inglés aprendo mucho... gracias... saludos desde Argentina

Niceeeeee!
I love a good old-fashioned vegan burger recipe like this! Many recipes use wheat gluten now, and I feel better the more I avoid it.

Thank you, these look so good. Is there any other way I could cook them as I dont have a grill? Could I cook them on a Skillet?
oh yes you could cook on a skillet,. Be careful when turning.
@@KindEarthTV Thank you, going to give that a try on my wood stove 👍
