What to add to your profit depends on a multiple of factors:
Demand, availability of product( abundance or lack of supply) what customers are willing to pay, monopoly in the market, the target audience for your product ( are they rich or poor people who mostly buy this particular product. If poor you just can't charge too much if rich you can go for as much as 200- 300 % markup and profit percentage of 60%), price of your competitors, competitive products ( different but similar products that can replace and compete with your products and it's dynamics of demand and supply).
