Yay, mini ball workout!!! You know I love the mini ball. I did this one after doing 40 mins strength training. I really felt my abs burning!!! It is short but really effective. I like finishing workout with abs to finish the day and the short ab videos you have are perfect. Mostly I pick the mini ball abs videos since I love the mini ball. Loved to see your girls and they are matching! My kids love to do the workouts you have with your girls. Thanks again Karen for another great workout video.
