I'm the obsessed board gamer in our house, but my husband loves it too (just only one day a week). I only buy games I know he and my daughter who sometimes play with us will play. Lucky for him, I tend to like games that most guys play and the games he won't play with me, I ask some of my other friends to play or our local game store has demo and play days. I love unmatched, especially with the co-op game.
I was wiped out that first day after Origins too! I was in bed by 9pm and out lol! At Origins I took my buddy to play Unmatched Adventures, and he was hooked. We played head to head Unmatched later in the con, and now he has two sets already.

Have you tried the solo campaign for Maul Peak (World of Børe: Runes & Ruins)? I'm looking to pick up a copy of Skulk Hollow at some point to play through it.
Unmatched is great too! I can see it not being her type of game. There is also the co-op version, maybe she'd like that better? (Haha, I typed this comment before you pulled out the box!!!)

Shobu is super good! From what i understand, Boop was a sequel to this that they decided to put a cat theme on!

Unmatched would be one I would like to try. I have a hard time getting my wife to play 7 Wonders Duel and I think that one is great 😢
