Ole Katie did him dirty long before they were even married , and she was the one to give him the ultimatum about the ring on a string , He never wanted to marry her and she knew exactly what he was like and what was in store for her and she still married him . Then she does all this hurt feelings crap and ends the marriage herself but still wants control over everything he does and is pissed when he’s moved on without her . She’s very childish and selfish person , not to mention a complete bully and a control freak .

I think Katie did have those feelings of resentment towards Ariana, you can tell by her reaction. The real question is did she hold those concerns back to protect Ariana, or did she hold them back to protect herself from public backlash?

I regret that Arianna has always had this negative outlook, and with her fellow cast members on the show, if you don't flatter her, you'll be excluded from the popular group.
Stassi called it years ago: "Ariana has a superiority complex." Stassi was the queen of reading; miss her witty but cutting insights.
