    Awesome workout.. I'll have to tame my howler monkey since I'm definitely too young (14) to use Bigfoot. I probably am 20 pounds heavier than the bigfoot bell! Haha.

    So would this be three rounds in a circuit? Or would you finish 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise? Or is it just preference?
