Thank you for the video, I have to admit, I discovered that they are pinned when created as multistory stairs quite late while learning Revit:) Good you mentioned it!
Did I miss where to find the floor/landing on level 2 with the shaft? I have a stairwell with multi levels Level 1 is taller than the rest so I have level 1 stairs created. Each floor landing of the apartment is a metal pan. Should I create a "landing" using the stair function or create an actual revit floor with a shaft and do you have a video based on your recommendation?
my issue with these is that on plan, i can't see the part of the stair that goes down, only the one going up. Any idea what i can do to make the run going down to show up with a breakline?
Hi, thanks in advance for the tutorial. But, when we model a monolithic staircase and get its sections, we cannot have a satisfactory section of the staircase. We have to add a hatch or something to show the connection between the flight of stairs and the landing. So, I tried to manually model the stairs for all the levels to make the connection between flight and landing. So, when you select stairs, you can select the entire staircase, not a group of stairs, but you can edit each flight and landing of the stairs at the same time. Do you recommend doing that? I would be grateful if you could do another tutorial on that.
It’s helpful. Thank you.
You're welcome!

I could look to do something to address this but they hatch is a decent solution for sure. Monolithic stairs are more difficult in this regard.
