Check its visibility status in 3D view. Stair might be off. Check in Architecture.

really useful thanks, one big issue I am facing is that as soon as I confirm the stair sketch, my stair in the 3D view just become invisible...
Visible in plan but not in 3Dnor section...really strange situation that never happened to me...have you ever faced something like this?

also i used monolithic stair cause i am civil engineer, it worked with assembled stair and didn't with monolithic, do you have any idea about this
