  • This video is different from my previous ones. I narrate the story told by SD Baker, about an aggressive bigfoot in the 1960's.

+Arclight 1 a high caliber rifle is definitely needed a 12 gauge at close range to the head or chest maybe enough it would still run off before dieing I'm sure unless you managed to hit the head. but you always aim for center mass to more likely hit it. but if I was going to use a shotgun. I'd preferably have a 10gauge with a 3 1/2 shell. a 12 gauge with a 3 inch or 3 1/2 shell if if will take a 3 1/2 will literally blow a mans chest apart within 10 yards. closer then that it like being hit with a slug if you use a full choke on the barrel the shot doesn't have enough time to fully open up yet. a slug is another option. but you have to make sure you have a good aim on it like a rifle. a shot gun at least you have a 3-5 shells you can cycle through even if it does run away you have a chance of hitting it still as the pellets scatter about. to around 50 yards then you'll probably miss maybe a pellet will still hit it. only takes one pellet in the right place. if you had a ar15 or a ak 47 where you could repeatedly shoot 30-100 rounds at it. but back in the 60s it wasn't common to have sporting rifles like that

+Arclight 1 supposedly there is a army report around the 70s where they sent snipers out into the woods around Washington state. and they found the creature and filmed it. and if you look at Washington states protected wild life. big foot is listed as a protected species. why protect a species that doesn't exist? I stay by the swamps of Louisiana. and there are stories of the southern version of big foot. the swamp ape like they have in Florida. they are a little smaller in size which is expected in a hot subtropical environment. but have a rotten skunk like smell. that people who have encountered them talk about. not to many day encounters. mostly at night around hunting camps or Cajuns who live in the swamp. but they will never come public for fear of ridicule and being in the tabloids. and have their livelihoods ruined. rural Louisiana and Mississippi is different then most places. everyone knows each other families and there isn't much work. so the stories just stay around the locals. the people know they exist just like the mountain lions around here some people refuse to believe

Sure as rain, my father once mentioned to me how he woke up early one day from our neighbour honking his car on the middle of the road with our family car parked sideways on the street almost as if something lifted it up and dragged it on a circle.
He said someone must have done it so that they could park, but the street we lived in was always relatively empty, there would have been a lot of places to park, especially at night. The neighbour thought he had done it on purpose to mess with him and my father said he couldn't explain it. I feel bad i was staying at my girlfriend's house that month and wasn't there to see it.

Considering thotil this day, Dennis was never found make you wonder what happened to them and what’s the purpose of these things taking them. Others that happened to be found later on described it as if these creatures were trying to raise them in a sene…. Strange stuff fr that makes me never want to visit national parks

That was a great story and I'm so glad he shared it! I was paralleled once back in 1989 February, 2:30 a.m. taking a short cut down the railroad tracks. 3-4 feet of snow but the tracks were cleared of snow. It walked and stopped whenever I did. It's definitely creepy but I didn't know at the time what it was. It followed me until I reached the road only a few hundred yards from home. It was almost a full moon and I still couldn't see what it was moving in the tree's to my right. To my left was wetlands. Cattails and marsh.. Sasquatch's do exist and over the years I've seen 4 and many experiences. It was 1976 when I seen my first Sasquatch and the same year a nice set of tracks. I've never been hurt by them but scared a couple times. Thanks again for the awesome narrating and video!!!!!!

I've heard this story recounted before, but you definitely have done it far better. I don't live far from that area and have driven through there on several occasions.
If you've never been there, it's difficult to appreciate just how dense the undergrowth is. And then, of course, there's the forests. Another matter all together.
22 years in law enforcement has left me skeptical, but not cynical. When you interview witnesses, you gather as much information as you can from all of the available witnesses. You distill those statements and compare the commonalities among them to try and get an informed, accurate as possible, description of what the witnesses saw, be it a person, vehicle or, as in these cases, an unknown creature.
    A creature that is:
    - 7 to 9 ft in height
    - Covered in hair save the face
    - Reddish brown, to tan to black in color
    - Disproportionately long arms
    - Broad through the shoulders and chest
    - Heavily muscled
    - Domed or pointed head exhibiting little or no neck
    - Heavy brow ridge, flat nose, thin lips
    -Large feet and hands
These are the common threads running through nearly every claimed sighting/encounter. Of course there are numerous others. Foul, strong odors, vocalizations, and myriads other.
I've spent a significant amount of time in the mountains, hills, fields and river bottoms. I firmly believe anyone who has, probably encountered a situation they just can't explain.
Based upon my experiences, one person equals a story or tale. However, the tale or story quickly gains credibility as the number and veracity of the person recounting the incident increases.
Ultimately, the situation becomes subject to Achem's Razor. The simplest and most obvious solution is correct. North America has an unknown, uncategorized creature living in several areas.
A paradigm shift can be one of the most difficult and uncomfortable experiences for anyone. Little wonder as to why it's easier to stay in your home, online, isolated and out of touch with the reality of such things.

Wow. Easily one of the most chilling squatch stories I've heard, and absolutely believable. The area around Copalis is the foothills of the Olympics and made up of dense, wet forest. It's definitely the kind of place where these creatures can be found. Loads of sightings out that way (I grew up just an hour away).
What strikes me, like all credible bigfoot stories, are the behaviours involved, the exact same seen in other firsthand accounts: stalking in the woods to one side while someone walks down a road or trail, the flashing of teeth, the window peeping, the gibberish, and banging on the side of the house, and the anger to having been shot. All of these pop up in countless other stories and just tell me that these are creatures of predictable behavior, like any animal, really.
    Good work as always, Bob.

I just listened to this experience for the third time. The last time was one year ago, I see my comment. I like your recent posts, too, but this is my favorite. You said you knew a few more experiences you could tell if there was any interest...speaking for myself, I know there is. I feel confident that others feel the same way. Thank you, again. I can only guess how much time goes into one of these...they sure are good, though.

I'd like to think I've heard of most of the good stories involving bigfoot/dogman but wow this has to be the best one yet. I live in Washington State and am familiar with the Grays Harbor area and have worked in forestry related fields most my life. This story rings true in every sense to me, great job narrating. I wish I could understand the odd interest in women & children that these things seem to have it's very disturbing.

That's definitely scary. And it's not the first story I've heard of this type of creature taking or trying to take humans. It really makes me wonder if somewhere out there humans are living with them. We know people go missing in our national parks all the time. And as an adult I can say that if I was taken by creatures like that and carried off into the wilderness I would be stuck relying on them. I'm more of an indoor cat so I wouldn't want to take my chances running away. I can only imagine if they got hold of a young child.

I asked a 74 year old man had he ever experienced anything strange, he said when he was a boy, in Pearson Georgia, there was a creek behind their house down in the woods. There were large footprints always and could hear some good awful noises coming from there at night. They were not afraid and spent many hours playing at the creek. They just coexisted. No big deal to him.

I never know what to believe when I hear such stories. A good writer can create gripping stories like this one. Is this true or not? If it is true, what can be learned? If it is fiction, what does the author know about bigfoot-creatures.

    • @GrislyAtoms12
      @GrislyAtoms12 4 года назад +12

Here is what I can tell you. I watched the show "Finding Bigfoot". The lady on the team was the only skeptic. She often brushed off the accounts as "hoaxes". But if you think about the hoax hypothesis, you realize that the existence of Sasquatch is actually more likely to be true than to be hoaxes.
Sightings go back not just years, but centuries. Native American people warned the European settlers about Sasquatch. Sightings have occurred in many thousands of locations, and evidence has been found all over North America and other continents.
Now, think about who likes to play pranks. Think of the people that do so. The vast majority are teenage boys and young men. These are your pranksters. You know this to be true. And what is the one thing needed for a credible hoax? A credible-looking bigfoot suit and a very tall person to wear it. WHO IS MAKING THESE SUITS? AND WHERE ARE THE SUITS?
Teenage boys and young men all think sewing is gay (because, for a male, it IS gay). So who is sewing the credible, believable bigfoot suits? And who are the NBA players that are agreeing to wear the suits and perpetrate the hoax, risking gunfire from frightened country people?? And why are these bigfoot suits not showing up at yard sales/moving sales/estate sales? I mean, if you create a bigfoot suit to hoax someone, you either destroy the suit or put it in your closet or attic. Most people don't destroy something that they've produced at great expense of time and effort. As life goes on, eventually, you move and have a moving sale, or you die and have an estate sale.
But the hoax evidence is not turning up at sales. Why? Because THE HOAX HYPOTHESIS IS MORE UNLIKELY THAN THE EXISTENCE OF SASQUATCH! Otherwise, we would have fake bigfoot suits turning up at private sales, over centuries.
Not only that, why? Why would THOUSANDS of people, over many centuries and all across the world, take time out of their lives, invest time, effort and money, in creating elaborate and credible evidence of bigfoot?? People have better things to do with their lives/time! The hoax hypothesis, in the end, makes no sense from a motive-based analysis, and makes no sense from an evidence-based analysis.

This is one of the best Bigfoot stories I've ever heard. You did a great job on it Bob. Thank you.
So I don't know if you've checked out the Dark Waters channel yet, but there is story on there that's even better than this one.
It's called The Siege of Locket Ranch. The story is about dogmen attacking a ranch over the corse of a few months. The narrator does an incrdable job with sound effects. He had me jumping out of my seat several times because he does such a good job of drawing the listener into the story. It's the best crypited story telling I've ever heard. You'll love it and you will love the art of the telling I think even more.
I'm telling as many people I can about your channel and putting your channels name in the comments on other BF channels too. You do a great job and I want your channel to keep going and you and it to get the status it deserves. I think between you and RMSO you guys are the most credible in the field. A lot of channels put story tellers on to be able to put videos out regularly. But the problem with that is a lot of people are just that, story tellers. One big clue I've found is how fast does the story come out. If the teller is faking it they go slow so their imagination can paint the picture. The truth just blerts out as fast on subjects like this as it can come out. lol You should've of seen and heard my family after I left them up on Black Mountain alone and they had that encounter. When I pulled up they were all talking a hundred miles per hour and at the same time. And they packed up camp in about 2 minutes! I still laugh at that.
My wife's word has always been solid as a rock and now she works for Home Land Security so her word is good enough for the government so it's should be good enough for others to. I don't know if when I go back and recreate and tell the story this summer on video to post on You Tube if I should put her on there though. I don't know what their policy is on something like that. But I'll put the story up for sure though.
Take care and I'll keep on watchin!

Years ago I worked for an international investment bank doing technical support for a different part of the world that required me to work a permanent night shift, usually starting work around 6pm and finishing at 2am but sometimes as late as 4am..
I lived near the red light district of a major city and usually walked through streets that had two separate identities - nocturnal and diurnal.
When I was going to work everyone else would be heading home and by the time I was coming home from work everyone else (the day shift) would have been asleep for hours.
The stuff I used to see late at night freaked me out at first - brawls, street fights, overdoses, even deaths - but I got used to it and by the time day came there would be no sign of the previous night's dramas.
Except the occasional bit of crime scene tape.
During the day the 9-5 people would come out and those same streets would take on another identity entirely.
My daytime neighbours had no idea about any of the weird shit that went on at night and whenever I told them they would often accuse me of making it up.
We lived in the same building and shared the same streets but inhabited two very different worlds.
These people were totally unaware of events that took place within 50 feet of where they slept.
It's really not hard to believe that a sentient nocturnal humanoid is out there, even sharing our spaces, just unseen and undetected by diurnal humans because their paths so rarely cross

I like your voice, combined with the way you use words and construct setences... You have a very rich vocabulary, a great way to put it toguether... You are very smart, and i bet you love read and write... But most important of all, you use your mind, you think by yourself, instead of accepting things just because everyone accept it... :)
I have my own opinion on this specific cryptid, and i would like to xchange some impressions with you about the subject..
Any way, i love your videos, keep doing this great job, the world really needs more souls like yourself! :) *

Great Sasquatch story even if it’s made up. I like these narrations by you the best.
What gave me pause about this story is The author going to bed at 1 am the first evening after the encounter and not calling the sherif. And also letting Patrick go home after finding all those clues. Even if he was stone drunk any asset or witness would be valuable. I mean take his gun or unload it while he’s not watching. That left me baffled because you know it wasn’t over. Good tape though, never heard this one. More narrations please, and a revisit to Ostman and maybe the story of Jacko

Not at all what I had expected. He has been so kind to me in the past, and I really do respect his work!!! He is fantastic at what he does , with videos I mean lol.
Joe, you made me laugh so hard, and I thank you very much! Are you a miner?? I am fascinated with mines, especially growing up exploring old gold mines. I know it's one of the most dangerous, and manly jobs I've ever known of. I applaud you! Hard workin man! :)

You big flirt. I think I look terrible in that footage. (everyone looks better when filmed from above, not below as I did). And primates are one of the most sexual of all mammals. I would argue that all our minds are in the gutter, the goal is to keep your mouth (or commenting) out of it. Anyhow, thank you. I am definitely the best looking bigfoot researcher...

Thank you for posting Bob. I have never become a eye witness to Sasquatch sighting. But My childhood best friend Greg Garrity and his little brother Maynard Garrity. They saw it back in 1975 at the North end of the train tunnel. Their sighting was fast and the Sasquatch disapeared up the mountain.

Roy I live in Grays Harbor WA. and have met many people who have seen them. Last summer an old friend of mine told me he had seen a WHITE Sasquatch while he was walking home late one night. He heard branches breaking, and it was light enough to see it walk across the highway walking down to the RR tracks he was walking on. He yelled at it, and it turned to look at him. It scared the HELL out of him, so he ran up to the highway where a car stopped. He knew the 2 guys in it, and they had seen it too. They gave him a ride, and he never walked home again. This sighting happened about 1/2 mi. from the High School I went to!
