He's not. Pitbull made a mistake picking Rayo. Rayo will fill in great at 140 and Pitbull is undersized at 140. He beat Rolly the weakest champion and still struggled with Rolly's movement at times. Robert knows Rayo is strong and has the size and IQ to give Pitbull issues. Cabrera made it close on the scorecards against Pitbull so can Rayo especially at 140
