How to Fold a T-Shirt: TWI Job Instruction

Repeating the steps of a process as a way of practicing continues to acclimate workers to Standardized Work. Training Within Industry's Job Instruction method sees this idea being implemented in real time. The steps can be applied to many different kinds of work, even folding a t-shirt. The four steps of TWI are:
- Prepare the worker
- Present the job
- Try out the job
- Follow-up
