Hey Alex. i have watched your videos for a while and researched the recruiting process but i live in Canada and i was wondering if that makes it harder to get recruited, cause where a live we only have travel ball organizations, they are good though ( its called the PLB maybe you've heard of it)

My son goes to a small private school. Not super competitive athletically, very strong academically. We kind of NEED travel baseball to get him games at a higher level, and develop.
    Unless there's a better way.

From a developmental purpose it may make sense but private lessons will likely be better unless you have a good coach. From a recruiting purpose it’s not a good route for most.

How do you feel about perfect game showcases which would you recommend for most exposure. Thank you for your videos they help so much seems like it’s gotten crazy over the last 5-7 years.

I have been invited to showcase games and I’m from a small 1A school in the middle of no where that no one gets noticed from so I need to touch it out or go play at the show cases to get noticed?

Send your recruiting video to schools that could be a good fit for you athletically and academically. Then consider a camp or two to go too get directly in front of the coaches.

I’ll sum it up for everyone. It depends. I hope that helps. PG has stat tracking you can upload videos. Colleges save time and money by looking at video. College camps? It depends. Most just do it to make some money. Recruiting sites? They can be helpful. Good news there are plenty of options but everyone is out to make a dollar in this industry so be careful.
