The advantage of living here in Golden Gate Estates is not having any HOA’s which means there’s more freedom with what you can do on your property. You can have animals, a garden, a shop and oversized garages to fit RV’s and boats.
In this video, we show you three properties in Golden Gate Estates, one that sold a few weeks ago for just under $600,000 which was a diamond in the rough since it needed a lot of work but has a lot of acreage and a really nice sized shop. We also take you to a local park and to some shops in the area.
